The dining table seats four, along with two counter height stools. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor. The spacious living area has a Queen-sized sleeper sofa and a large, wall mounted TV. Dine on the balcony while enjoying the oceanfront views!
On the second level is the master bedroom, with a King bed and wall mounted TV. Step out to the private balcony for additional expansive beach views. The ensuite bath has a step-in shower.
The guest bedroom has a Queen bed and an additional TV, and the guest bathroom has a tub.
There is a stack front-loading washer and dryer at the top of the staircase.
Hard surface flooring is on both levels. Additional amenities are high-speed wireless internet and cable TV. Sea Place is close to restaurants and shopping, local attractions such as the St. Augustine Lighthouse, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm, and Marineland, plus a short drive to the downtown historic district.
