Pelican Walk is one of the few PET FRIENDLY properties in Panama City Beach! The Pelican Walk Owner Association Pet Policy allows up to TWO (2) dogs per condo with a 20 pound weight limit per dog. Exceptions made for emotional support animals (ESA). Service animals welcome! All dogs must be approved and added to reservation prior to arrival. Upon arrival each dog will be issued a Pelican Walk pet pass. *Pet fee is $150/pet charged by the Pelican Walk Owners Association. Pet fee is waived for Service animals.
