Summary:
Perfect for Nurses, Doctors and Professionals. Airy, light filled 1 bedroom apartment available for 30 night minimum stays. This apartment has its own private entrance, two porches, a newly renovated kitchen, and is located in downtown Charleston. There is one private off-street parking space included at no added cost. Park your car and walk everywhere. Great location with quick access to surrounding areas.

The Space:
The apartment features a King size bed, cozy living room, and a newly renovated kitchen. The en-suite bathroom features a large tiled shower. The kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, stove/oven, and kitchen essentials for basic cooking. The living room is equipped with a pop-up coffee table for additional work space. Please note that there is a spiral staircase leading up to the bedroom & bathroom. We do allow well-behaved pets for a non-refundable pet fee of $250/pet. No more than two pets are allowed and a separate signed Pet Addendum is required upon booking.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to their private apartment & two private porches. There is a keypad lock with a secure code individualized for each guest.

The property is located in the Westside neighborhood of Downtown Charleston, which is considered one of the most upcoming area on the peninsula. The neighborhood is perfect for a couple or a group who is looking to fully embrace Charleston's unique charm. Step right outside your door and find a wonderfully curated mix of shops, bars, bakeries, and dining. We recommend grabbing a coffee at The Daily before exploring King Street, Charleston's ultimate epicenter of shops and restaurants. Our guests have a wide selection of walkable dinner options, some of our favorites include Leon's, Melfi's, and Renzo. Come experience all that our beautiful city has to offer!
Getting Around:
One off-street parking space is provided if guests have a vehicle. If not, Uber & Lyft are readily available in the area. Your best bet is to park your car, and walk, bike, or take an Uber or Lyft (5 minute ride to anywhere else downtown).
