We loved our stay! Close proximity to Folly Beach as well as downtown Charleston. Especially helpful was the binder Jessica put together of nearby attractions.

This was everything we needed for the perfect Charleston stay! Check-in and out were seamless, rooms were exactly as described, and it was right in the middle of all the spots you want to visit. Book this one. You won’t regret it!

Place was perfect - right around the corner from restuarants and bars - all walking distance. Short drive into Charleston. Clean and quite neighborhood. Lots of great birds heard and seen on our walks around the area.

Walkable to shops, cafes, bars. Not even five minutes to get to the closest cafe, which was super convenient. The space very clean and tidy. Took us 15 minutes to get to downtown Charleston - easy peasy! Would definitely stay here again.

Darling clean and quiet studio apartment in safe, walkable neighborhood within walking distance of several excellent restaurants. We enjoyed the vibe of this area of Charleston. We were close to both downtown and the beach. Host is very receptive and accommodating.

Room was very clean and location was great in a quiet and cozy neighborhood while also being an easy drive into downtown Charleston. The check process was smooth and Jessica was very responsive. The bed was smaller than we anticipated and wasn’t very comfortable, but not a big deal! We enjoyed our stay here.

Had a lovely stay! The guest house was clean, adorably-decorated, and perfect for our needs while we stayed the weekend to explore Charleston. It was a quick ride away from downtown and easily accessible. Would stay again if we found ourselves in the area. :)

I thoroughly enjoyed my time in Charleston in this quiet and safe escape. I dealt with a few critters but other than that it was a very pleasant stay.

Very happy you enjoyed your stay! The south in the summer is notoriously buggy! Although I exterminate regularly, I still rely on guests to clean up after themselves.

Absolutely excellent and highly recommend.

The check in and our process was very easy. The house was clean and renovated nicely. The neighborhood was very safe and nice. It was close to a lot of popular spots in Charleston. We absolutely loved our visit and would stay there again.

Beautiful neighborhood close to restaurants (walking distance). Uber rides to Folly Beach, downtown Charleston, etc run between 20-40 depending on time of day. Clean, nicely decorated apartment. Host is very responsive. Will book again if we come back.

Nice, quiet, clean and the location is perfect just outside of the city. We loved walking to the local restaurants and bars, a music venue and the unique movie theater. No reason to drive in the evenings after sight seeing all day. Thank you Jessica!!
