Very happy with our stay. House was clean and well stocked. Clean linens and towels provided. Host was very friendly and gave perfect directions and instructions. Definitely worth the price. Great value and location. Thanks!

This location was perfect! Super friendly host and very clean environment! I enjoyed my stay here! I had everything I need from coffee to toiletries and fresh linens!

If you are going to Charleston or Folly and don’t plan to spend anytime in the property other than sleeping and bathing then this would be a good place to stay. It is a very small detached property beside the owner. The place was clean and well stocked. The small couch is not meant for comfort so just hanging out wasn’t really an option. The owner was very nice and responsive to email and phone calls.

Host was very responsive - it is good to note that this property doesn’t have a stove only a hot pot or toaster oven - does have a microwave and full size refrigerator. Place was very clean and well kept.

Thanks for your review! I feel the need to respond to your notes about the kitchen amenities provided in my listing. Anyone who reads all the notes provided will clearly see it's listed as a kitchenette with a toaster oven and a hot plate. Charleston has strict rules about providing a full oven to short term rental guests and I provide as much as possible to get guests there. So sorry you didn't see the notes before you booked

Lots of extras in case you forgot something at home like coffee, tea, Sunscreen, lotion, beach-chairs, etc. very conveniently located. Only problem was the mattress could stand to be replaced. Otherwise we were very satisfied.

Great little place for quick trip into Charleston. Convenient to downtown! Giving the mattress a 10/10, so comfortable! Last minute plans added my little dog and child into the mix. James was able to accommodate both. 2 adults, child and dog fit nicely. Highly recommend!

The host was very nice and communicated fantastically. The bed and pillows were very comfy and the host supplied lots of great extras. All in all would definitely stay again.

Parking was very safe and the kitchen well equipped. Snacks were even available in the refrigerator and freezer. They would be particularly welcome if a party arrived late at night! Heating and cooling options were more than adequate for the unit. The checkout process was the easiest I have encountered.

It was like a home away from home! Stocked with snacks, coffee, and drinks. Plenty of movies to choose from which we took advantage of. Loved everything about it! The owner is so nice and hospitable. Greeted us as soon as we arrived and we never felt rushed out when it was time to leave. The parking is private and secure. The bathroom was very nice and stocked with plenty of stuff for a beach day or aftercare from the beach. I was pleasantly surprised to find plenty of board games. So much stuff I brought along with me I didn’t even need because it was already here! I will definitely be coming back here and recommending to anyone who wants to vacation at folly (:

Great place to stay

Jame's place is was cute and clean place to stay that was close by to everything. The beach kit was a huge help and we really enjoyed our time there!
