Very nice condo and friendly owner. Great pool and beach. Only issue was the elevators took forever. The condo included rental chairs on the beach which is very nice. Great for families. Parking is nice.

Very nice place to stay

It was very clean and a beautiful place and right on the beach.. we really enjoyed the views. It was in walking distance to restaurants and Peir Park

Great stay!

The condo was clean and well equipped, looked right over to pool area. Walking distance to shopping and food. Good communication with owner as well. We would def stay here again.

Sunshine and Relaxation

Beautiful condo overlooking one of the outside pools. Property is very well maintained and staff is diligent in making sure rules are adhered to and amenities are in excellent working order. Definitely a vacation to remember!

Family Fun

It was a great location pool is awesome beach acces are great.The only thing I didnt like was the long waits for the elevators and the tv didnt work in the master bedroom we had to buy a roku to be able to watch tv that kinda sucked.but other than these two thing it was great.Would difintley stay agin

Good Afternoon, I am so sorry the elevators were so busy in July. As for the TV it is hard to get repairs for TV's as well in the Summer. This issue is being addressed. The TV's in the living room and other bedrooms did work so the cable was working in the building Thanks, Judy

Great location

We loved the lazy Susan table in the dining room. It was great for serving condiments with meals & especially for playing cards! The bathroom towels were the plushest we had ever used. The only problem was doorbell cannot be heard inside condo. Location was perfect for walking to several restaurants.

Homely condo

From the moment we walked in I was in awe of the beauty! It is definitely a nice home feeling and you have all necessary items and more! Would love to stay again if given the chance. Judy also was very helpful with any issues that came up and replied with a timely manner. Balcony was such a beauty and comfortable seating. 😊

great condo and beach

Well appointed condo with comfortable beds! Kitchen great for cooking but the freezer was not working so ice was a little tricky. We liked the lower floor so if elevator was busy, stairs could be used. Be aware that bunk room is adjacent to trash chute, so it can be noisy in that room.

Air will not get cold, shower drainage

The property host and VRBO was contacted multiple times about the air not working, master bedroom cable not working and shower not draining. We were told it would be fixed by Monday and when we left Saturday it still wasn’t fixed!

Highly recommend this beautifully decorated & cozy condo! Ms. Judy was an amazing host - very promptly communicative and helpful in all the ways a host should be. Super easy check-in process, and very clean, family-friendly unit that truly felt like home. Within walking distance to several good restaurants (Senor Frogs, Sharky's, Local Steamer to name a few), and just a short drive to Pier Park as well as Super Walmart. 11/10 would stay again!
