Ocean front cozy corner suite with stunning white water ocean views and invigorating ocean breezes. Nestled in the heart of Pacific Beach, 30 seconds from the famous Pacific Beach Boardwalk and walking distance to the lively Garnet Avenue where you can enjoy a variety of delicious food, pubs and clubs. Centrally located in San Diego, this beachfront condo is close to Downtown San Diego, The San Diego Zoo, La Jolla Cove, Seaworld, Belmont Amusement Park and the Crystal Pier. The giant wall of glass windows bring the outside in. When the blinds are up it transforms the living spaces into private balconies over looking the Pacific Ocean. Please come and enjoy the panoramic views.

Although our standards were always high, we are doing our part to use additional types of cleaning solutions. Two days prior to check-in we will send you a pdf welcome package via email with everything you will need to enjoy your stay.

My home is very easy to access. You will enter through a lobby and collect your key at the lock boxes. There is a parking spot for you in the garage. The pool, spa and rooftop terrace are shared.

Pacific Beach has everything you want. Whether you prefer to spend your time with your family at the beach in peace and quiet or hanging out late with your friends at night there's always something to do. The neighborhood is very safe, there is constant police on patrol. If its peace you are looking for, avoid garnet ave and mission blvd between 10pm and 2am on Fridays and Saturdays. If it's a party, you will find it on those streets in full swing on Friday and Saturday. Also, don't miss Taco Tuesday which is celebrated everywhere in Pacific Beach. No matter what your style is, there's something for you here in Sunny San Diego!

Wanna get around? Nearby are bike rentals, scooter rentals like Bird and Lime, and taxis. But my favorite way of transportation in San Diego is Uber or Lyft. I have them both downloaded and check to see which gives me the best deal for a quick trip. Of course, you can always rent a car and use your included parking spot. Just don't forget to avoid traffic between 3pm to 6pm!

Beach views and easy walk ability to all of our favorite spots. Beach access was super close. Being a corner unit allowed for a beautiful cross breeze.Matthew was very responsive and communicative.

Instruction's were easy to follow when we arrived. The place was wonderful we enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The view was spectacular and the house had everything you need provided. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Beautiful view with comfortable furnishings! Easy beach access and great location for walkability to places to eat. We let the host know we needed another key and fob (only one in lock box), and it was brought by the next morning. The ceiling fan in the secondary bedroom made a clacking noise, and luckily there was a fan in the primary closet to use instead.

5/5 Stars – Absolutely Spectacular Stay!We had an incredible stay at the Oceanfront Corner Suite in gorgeous Pacific Beach! The views of the ocean from the suite are truly spectacular and worth every single penny. The entire place was spotless, clean, and perfectly set up for a relaxing stay.A massive thank you to our host, Matthew. He was incredibly responsive, welcoming, and attentive throughout our entire stay. We were traveling with an elderly family member, and Matthew went above and beyond to be accommodating and ensure everyone in our group was comfortable and well taken care of.If you are looking for a beautiful, stress-free beach vacation with a top-notch host, this is the place to book. We cannot recommend it enough and would love to stay here again!

Location is excellent right on the beach with assigned parking. The walking path (“boardwalk”) is immediately outside. The owner was fast to respond and supply a 2nd fob as it is required to enter the building and to use the elevator. Surprise! The Welcome notebook didn’t adequately describe where the trash should go. Pretty good wifi connection although the last few days it constantly dropped in and out. Good assigned parking space.Apartment was all we needed however much TLC and maintenance is required. There is a window blind missing in the living room where the afternoon sun blasts in (no a/c so it gets hot!) The Master TV doesn’t work at all. One cupboard door under the master sink is broken, hanging by the hinge. The hairdryer is cold only. The sliding door in the master shower doesn’t slide as hardware is missing. The ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom doesn’t work. Only one beach towel supplied & only one dish towel; broken shelves in refrigerator; neither sliding door will lock; no grill utensils or lighter if you did want to use the rooftop grill. The washer/dryer is not inside the unit but is nearby. For the high price we paid, these inconveniences don’t justify the price. Unless they are repaired, I would not stay here again.

I can’t say enough about this place. The views are absolutely jaw dropping. Sleeping with the sounds of the ocean is what vacations are made of. Easy check in and out process, great parking. Stroll out the door and onto the beach. I would love to stay here again. Be aware there is no central air but they provide plenty of fans and we had a great nights sleep both evenings. 10/10 absolutely recommend!!!

Outstanding location and spectacular views! Nicely appointed 2 bedroom, oceanfront corner unit with views of, and easy access to, the boardwalk and beach. Parking included and building and unit have secured access. Quick responses from the Host. Highly recommended!

Everything was great! The incredible views were absolutely our favorite thing to look at every day and night! Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable.Just a couple notes:None of the locks on the sliding doors or bathrooms worked. That made it a bit challenging with a 2yr old but we managed fine.Also, only one of the key fobs in the lock box worked for our unit. The other key would only go to the 3rd floor and was not the key to our unit front door.The beds were comfortable. The 2 queens in the 2nd room made for tight quarters.Should tell guests to bring beach towels if not providing any; we had to buy some at 16 each (the cheapest we could find)!
