Dear Future Guest!
Our Mission Beach ocean front vacation rental is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, fronting on the famed Mission Beach Boardwalk half-way between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park.
Enjoy fabulous unobstructed views of the sand and surf from our private patio, living room, dining room, kitchen, and the master bedroom. You will love the first floor easy access to the beach (no elevator or stairs!) with a reserved parking space directly in front of the door. We recently installed new solid-surface flooring (no carpet!).
Watch the sunset from the patio. Seagulls, dolphins, and whales (when migrating) will delight you. We are so lucky to have a wonderful place to put up our feet and want to share the experience with you! We have provided additional information about the condo in our rental agreement. Please download it and let us know if you have any additional questions. Thanks!
Building Exterior Upgrades
The building has undergone major structural improvements to walkways and balconies on the upper floors recently. The contractor’s remaining work includes painting and waterproofing those areas on the alley side of the building. It is not expected that this will be disruptive to your stay, although there may be certain days when the painting crew will be in the area of our front door along the alley side. No work is occurring on the beach side of the building (it’s all done!). When completed, the building will have beautiful new paint, and refreshed patios and balconies. We love the new look! Please reach out of you have questions.

Hands down the best place I’ve stayed. Unbeatable location! Endless food options in walking distance. Coffee shop 2 min walk. Tons of interesting ppl and interactions just sitting on patio. Able to walk out the back patio and onto the beach. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for my family of 5. Well maintained. 10/10 would stay here over and over if it’s available. Ps guava beach is a hidden gem with bomb good.

the rental was clean and fully furnished. The view was more than we expected, coffee on the porch facing the ocean each morning was a great way to start the day. A drink sitting on the portch in the evening watching the sun go down was an unexpected blessing. The Resturants and shopping were within reasonable walking distance on the boardwalk. With the beach and ocean only steps away, this was the perfect place to relax and recharge. I would rent here again, if ever in San Diego.

The condo is right on the beach and walking distance to any possible thing you could want. The place is immaculate and Karen was always very prompt in her responses to any question or issue. I would love to stay again.

Absolutely perfect....the location, space, comfort, cleanliness, amenities, the host, all of it! If you are looking for a clean, comfortable place right on the beach, this is it. In the mornings, we sipped coffee watching the waves roll in, we walked to all the shops and restaurants, we spent a chunk of the day on the sand and in the water and we slept comfortably the the end of each night. We miss it already. We will be back.

Great location half way between Belmont Park and Crystal Pier. The condo has everything you will need for a very comfortable stay. we loved our mornings on the patio watching the ocean and the people and pups on the boardwalk. The hosts are great, excellent communication, and the condo perfectly appointed. We will definitely stay again.

This is a great place to stay and the access to the water is so cool. In the large bedroom, there is some really weird wiring with the light and the fan with a timer and this caused the light to come on in the middle of the night several times, which was obviously disruptive. Just a little feedback, but overall, this place was amazing.

Everything was spectacular! Right on the beach, clean. Parking was directly in front of our unit. Our Hosts were communicative. And our premises were spotless.

The Condo is situated in the heart of Mission Beach. The sunset views are impeccable. Perfect for families as the beach is calm. The condo is clean and included all the amenities for beach time. Parking is right up front. We took our bikes and we had plenty of space to store them inside the condo. We would definitely stay here again. Great communication with the owners.

This was the cutest beach condo! We loved how everything was so organized. The front bedroom www right on the boardwalk and amazing to see the waves so close up. We will definitely be returning!

The two of us had an amazing time! View and location are unbeatable. The place is clean, organized and stocked with everything needed! We would definitely stay here again. Also, hosts were very responsive and helpful!

Beautiful oceanfront stay
The condo is perfect for us. No need to fo anywhere else, we love it here. It's close to shopping, good food and great views.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely! The location was absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, which made every day so relaxing and enjoyable. The home was even more than we expected: clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for everything we needed. We loved every minute of our three nights 4 days and it truly made our San Diego vacation wonderful. We hope to come back again someday!

We are Karen and Mark. We purchased our beachfront condo from Dan and Virginia and want to make it as warm and welcoming as they did for twenty years. We live locally in San Diego and use our condo as a home away from home to share with friends and family. Nothing is better that a last-minute decision to head over to the beach, where we might pull up a chair on the patio, take a bike ride on over 20 miles of beach and bay bike trails, or get in the water to swim, surf, paddle board, or kayak. We know you will enjoy it too.

We love the location of this condo. We both grew up in San Diego and have spent a lot of time over the years in Mission Beach. We are so excited to own a property right in the heart and right on the beach in beautiful Mission Beach.

We have a fully stocked kitchen with all the appliances and cookware you might need. There is a Keurig coffee maker with complimentary k-cups to get you going. The main bedroom has a huge picture window that faces the waves, and has a mirrored coating to provide privacy while you are inside. The dining room has a large round table with plenty of room for six to spread out, and the living room has a comfy leather couch and love seat facing a big screen smart TV. We recently upgraded to new smart TVs in both bedrooms as well. Enjoy our free WIFI. Our reserved parking space is right outside of the condo to make loading and unloading easy, and having a reserved parking spot makes it easy to come and go as your vacation plans unfold. Welcome to the beach!
