EAST CORNER CONDO DIRECT GULF VIEW/2 BEDROOM & 2 BATH/CLOSE 2 PIER
This east corner condo unit has breathtaking views of the gulf from each room in the condo. We recently remodeled our condo for your vacation retreat as you enjoy overlooking the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores!
Our remodeled condo can be your next vacation location! We have new granite in the kitchen and bathrooms along with flooring in the bedrooms and bathroom. There are fantastic views from every room -- in the master bedroom you have sweeping views of the Gulf State Park, the Gulf State Pier, and the gulf from the bed as well as the other bedroom. Our condo has fabulous quality mattresses and bed linens. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and also in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture as you relax and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.
Our condo is comprised of the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with large dual area master bath, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom
• Queen in the guest bedroom --with a bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV, and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• There is one single twin bed in the hallway – great for kids
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
• The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with two high top chairs. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.
Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Also, Royal Palms is situated on western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The balcony is a wrap which provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!
You can receive a full refund 15 days prior to your reservation.
Parking passes per vehicle are subject to change during special events. You can have two vehicles on the property.
Parking Pass $70 per vehicle throughout the year.
Hangout/Music Festival Parking Pass is $175 per vehicle in May. SPECIAL EVENT PARKING PASSES!!!!

What a nice experience! The location of this condo was perfect. The views can’t be beat, especially looking east toward the pier. Perfect for families, couples or for a girls trip!

Overall it was a great stay. Great location. Perfect views of ocean front and state park. Just a few things would have made this a perfect experience. There were a few linens that did not appear to be clean (linens on the bed in the hall). The dishes did not feel clean and there was no dish soap. Only dishwasher soap. The inside, plastic shower curtains in both bathrooms had mold. Yuck! Overall the place was spacious and comfortable.

Thank you so much for your review and booking our condo! Yes, this location is simply amazing with the views of east corner condo. We have already replaced the shower curtains and wash the hallway bedspread. There is small green liquid dish soap and dishwasher soap left for each guest. Glad you found our place spacious and comfortable.

Great condo! Loved most everything about it!! We enjoyed having an indoor heated pool on the days that it was chilly outside.

The property is very basic. The decor, appliances, furniture are minimal. The king bed squeaked loudly, the toilet is loud in the spare room. The dead bolt was broken and felt very unsafe, being next to the public beach. The property management and security was very nice and helpful. The faucets are very cheap and hard to use. The drains barely drained in the master bath. We could not use the pool the first 3 days, one elevator was out for 3 days which made it stressful. The pool was a real bummmmer considering the amount of jellyfish. The property management was very attentive and helpful. The property in general is just run down. We paid a lot for this and was very disappointed, almost 3500 for 6 days!

Thanks for choosing our condo! I am the owner of this condo. When you called on the first day, I jumped on all of your concerns. I called the HOA and within two hours we had the Board President the HOA manager on all of your concerns. The pool pump had kicked out and they installed a new one immediately. The elevator had to have a new part installed and they got it running in 24 hours. We have remodeled this condo with new granite, new sinks, and new faucets that were not cheap. As for all of your other concerns, no one has ever mentioned these items. Our condo rates are in line with other two bedroom and two bath condos on the beach! We will still strive to help every guest if they have concerns during their stay as we did with you when you arrived!

Beautiful beach getaway
Condo was amazing! Beautiful views of the ocean from the balcony while having our morning coffee!! Even seen dolphins! The host had great communication with us as well! Highly recommend this place!

Great view and beautiful condo
I wanted a beautiful trip with my kids and that’s what I got. I could not have asked for a better view of the beach and the condo was nice and clean. I would love to stay here again in the future!

Great location! Great Condo!
This condo was perfect for our family of four! Located right on the beach... with no high rises beside you! Condo was clean and very up to date! Loved the views from the balcony and windows! Love the layout of the pools and boardwalk to beach! Will be back!

Great location for a family vacation
Tammy was very responsive to all questions before we booked and after we arrived. We were very happy with the abundant room and cleanliness of the property. Everything we needed is close. The beach, grills, pool, state parks and fishing pier or market are on property or a short walk. The morning views are amazing with the unobstructed view of the sunrise, state park and pier. Highly recommended.

No complaints about the condo. Exactly as advertised. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint was that the elevator was being worked on the whole 4 days

Personally I think the stained sofa takes away from the overall appearance. A new sofa or at least a slipcover would help the looks and a coffee table or ottoman would be a great addition also. Aside from that it was very nice.

Thanks for this review! I did not now the sofa had a stain. Stains occur with rental guests and we try to keep them clean. We had it cleaned and I bought a slip cover too! We had just purchased a brand new chair for the living room before your stay and I hope you enjoyed that comfortable swivel rocker. Thanks for letting me know about the stain and we took care of it!

The view from the balcony was incredible. Especially with the condo being on the end. Disappointed there were only two rolls of toilet paper in the condo. Could have, at least, had an extra in each bathroom. We left the extra five rolls of t.p., we bought, for the next guests. . Not sure if the towels had been washed in the last several weeks or if housekeeping uses inexpensive soaps. Musty, so we washed as soon as we got there. Not the fault of the property owner; but, the entire time we were there, there was an individual smoking cigarettes; as well as, bad marajuana on their balcony. Could not see them. We tried to let them know it was really bothering us while we were wanting to relax on the balcony; but, we would have to go back inside. Disappointing because the view and vibes were incredible, other than the smell. The beds and bedding are very comfortable, Bathrooms are small; but, were fine for only having 3 of us. The furniture was comfortable … eating breakfast and lunch and watching tv/movies. The property is not new; but, it was fun for us. It could use a good power washing. The beach is right outside the elevator. PERFECT. It’s nice to have a swimming pool on the property, as well. And, the property felt safe for us coming & going in the evenings & late night return. It was fun and we will definitely come back BUT!, talking to a man staying in the penthouse, 2 floors above us … he was paying LESS than us per night! I need to research better! #WeSurvivedBertha

Perfect Family Getaway
This condo was steps from the beach. I could sit on the balcony and watch my son swim. We could see the sunrise and people hunting crabs with flashlights from our unit. Every room had a view. The elevator was fast and check in was a breeze. Just open the door using your code. This was a corner condo, so we were able to see almost every view. There are 2 separate bedrooms plus 2 bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. Tammy was only a text away when we had a question. We definitely will return to the Royal Palms.

We live in the mid west part of Alabama. We were definitely excited when we purchased this condo. Over the past five years, we have remodeled and added to the unit for everyone to enjoy. Our family enjoys traveling to the beach to enjoy the beautiful white sand and the sun. The boys love to fish on the Gulf State Pier and ride their bikes down the Gulf State Park trails. We have met so many wonderful people at the beach and we look forward to many more trips. We are thrilled to be able to share our condo with other families who also love the beach!

We chose to purchase this unit in the Royal Palms because of the unique location. It is an east corner unit next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
