Have fun with the whole family our a group of friends at this lakefront property. Enjoy great views of KY Lake from the back deck or master bedroom. This home sleeps 8, with 3 bedrooms (2 king beds/2 full), 3 bathrooms. Walk the gentle slop down to your private, single boat dock. Plenty of room for parking multiple vehicles and a boat trailer.
Located just minutes from Moors Marina, where you can enjoy great food in a family atmosphere.
Come enjoy all KY Lake has to offer at Sun Ray! Here is what you can expect when staying with us:

KITCHEN/DINNING:
-Fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, and bakeware.
- All major appliances.
- Guest must supply their own spices, condiments, food and drinks. (including coffee).

Vacation

Very nice place. Amenities state there is a hot tub and fire pit but could not locate either one. Would definatly recommend location.

Wonderful time!

House had a great set up! Property manager was WONDERFUL!! Alli out up with all of my crazy questions and didn’t make me feel like I was a nuisance. The house was comfortable and well laid out. Had a private dock to keep the boat we had rented. Will definitely be back!!

I am torn on this review. When we got to the property we found it was double booked. We contacted the host and to her credit, she immediately found us another house close by that mostly worked great. My only disappointment is we originally rented a house with a dock so we could put our boat there. The new house did not have one. I suggested to the host on our first night to get us a slip at the local marina. She said she would look into it in the morning. I didn’t receive a follow-up until later the next evening asking if we wanted a slip for the next day. We were leaving that day so it didn’t make sense. The host went 90% of the way to make up for the double booking, but should have immediately rented us a boat slip for our two night stay since we originally booked a house with a dock.

Overall I would rate the stay as okay at best mainly for the stay. When it came to the dock, would rate more towards the poor side as this is the main reason I got the place. Prior to getting it was requested if it would accommodate a 26’ boat with a needed depth of 3.5’ minimum. Was told that yes it would be fine. I asked knowing that the level is slowly dropping for winter pool. When trying to navigate in slowly, the water was getting too shallow several docks down before deciding to turn around after seeing the bottom mud churning while prop trim was almost all the way up and depth too shallow. We ended up having to pull the boat in and out of the water each day at the marina due to not having a dock. We were supposed to get another dock due to the issue but never heard back from anyone.
