Spectacular lakefront Condo with private dock!
This first floor condo is the perfect retreat. The condo has 3 large bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. An open kitchen, dining, relaxing space with a pool table, and a den with wood fireplace.
During your stay, enjoy your huge patio space, the dock and the private boat ramp. Swimming and kayaking is amazing from the dock in this sheltered cove at the mouth of Big Cambridge Bay overlooking the main channel of Kentucky Lake. The condo is situated on the first floor of a two story home. My family reserves the upstairs for our personal use.
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee in the fully equipped kitchen while watching the sunrise over Kentucky Lake. Challenge your friends and family to a game of pool and serve snacks and drinks at the large island with seating for four. After a fun day on the lake, throw your towels in the washer and kick back on the two full size sofas in the den to catch-up on Netflix. Then retire to one of the three large bedrooms, each with a queen bed and private lavatory.
I truly hope you enjoy your time at Kentucky Lake and look forward to doing anything I can to make that more memorable.

Beautiful property set back in the woods, so expect bugs, but they don’t want much from you. Fun use of space with half baths in each bedroom closet. We had 5 people and never ran out of hot water for showers. Perfect location for our boat and able to explore both lakes. Had fun playing pool and exploring the area.

Great little place!! Perfect little get away located in a nice cove of the lake. Perfect three bedroom place that has a nice yard for kids. We fished right off the dock and caught plenty. Would recommend to others to go enjoy themselves!

This property was everything we hoped for in a relaxing getaway. The sunrises were absolutely beautiful, and the peaceful views of the lake made it easy to slow down and enjoy the quiet. There was something special about sitting by the water in the morning, fishing the lake and listening to the peaceful sounds of nature.The property was very comfortable, and the kitchen was exceptionally well stocked—we had everything we needed and more. It truly felt like a home away from home.And we can’t forget Echo, the property mascot! Echo added an extra special touch to our stay and quickly became part of theexperience. She loves liver treats!If you’re looking for a peaceful place to unwind, enjoy beautiful sunrises, and escape the everyday hustle, this is definitely worth a visit. We would happily stay again!

We loved being right on the water. We fished off the dock and used the provided kayaks. We were close to a marina to put in our boat, close to restaurants and shops as well. We ordered pizza from a shop a mile away and had dinner on the patio overlooking the lake. Everyone slept well and enjoyed the accommodations!

Clean place, a lot of room on the patio, the nick was awesome. We were able to park our pontoon right there and just walk down to the lake. No boat slip needed at the marina, money saved. The host was great and the place was very comfortable fir the seven of us. Thank you fir a wonderful stay. Sorry fir setting your smoke alarm off upstairs the first day we grilled out!

Weekend getaway
Awesome seat for a sunrise and made a new friend with the old black dog. He was totally chill and just wanted to be around while we sat on the patio.

Lovely Lake Kentucky retreat!!
Great peaceful place to visit with family. This place had everything we needed and then some. The only downside of this weekend was the dead fish smell from the dead fish that came into the cove by the house which is not something the owners can control but hindered us being on the water. Overall highly recommend this place!!

All was very good...The house was clean, everything worked as it should. The location for us was great. Convenient to local store, boat dock, private, pricing was reasonable. Marinas were close for gas and supplies. Short drive to restaurants Very short easy walk to the boat dock with chairs to enjoy the evening. All was just great

I live on the Lake!! Beautiful sunrises every morning, deer grazing thru the yard, and fish biting - well somewhere out there. Other people seem to catch fish, I don't know what is wrong with my pole, or bait, or hmmm. Oh well.

This property captured our hearts with the fabulous views, the easy water access, and the amazing amounts of wildlife. We don't go a single visit without seeing deer, cranes, otters, or some other critter roaming about.
Qué distingue a esta propiedad
The cove is perfect for swimming and kayaking. At summer water levels it is approximately 7 feet deep off the dock. It is protected and is not a pathway for boats, which makes it great to let the kids swim in or to paddle the kayaks around without worry.
