Hi Rebecca, As a property management company, we must send these reminders to make sure the guest completely understands the set rules for the property they have rented. Some requirements not only come from the owner and property manager but the city and HOA’s of properties we mange have their own rules as well. I understand you might’ve completely understood the house rules but unfortunately that is not the case for every guest. I apologize you felt this way and hope you understand we have had to put these reminders in place where the rules were ignored and caused issues/damage at the property they were staying.
