Great couples' getaway!

Recently constructed 1250 sq. ft. single story beautifully appointed cottage, just steps to the beach.

Miles of beaches to walk, run or just sit in place and enjoy. Grocery stores, restaurants and shops a 5-minute walk away. Or, a 5-minute drive into the heart of St. Augustine, a charming Old World town filled with historic sites, unique restaurants, museums and art galleries.

If you're a fitness buff this is a perfect place to park your car and walk or bike.

Our weather is usually great all year round, but should there be a little rain, wind or cold in the forecast it shouldn't spoil your visit. Adjust your attire accordingly.

St. Augustine is great regardless of the weather!

Cottage comes equipped with 3 flat screen TVs and cable service (over 200 channels), WiFi internet service, Blu-ray Player, and Apple TV. Outside back patio with grill, table and chairs.
Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards included.

Our now goto beach place on the Atlantic

We three wonderful days and nights in this awesome place. Beautifully decorated, more than comfortable, homey. Well stocked kitchen, everything we needed. Well located, near great restaurants, just to name a few: Beaches(right down the street) , Caps on the Water(6 ,minutes awyw), The Reef (minutes away) and St Augustine is just over the bridge! Scott is awesome, quick to answer our questions. We will definitely be going back. You can't lose staying here. WIN, WIN.

Loved proximity to beautiful, practically empty beach, great outdoor activities at Guana Park . Awesome sunsets and cocktails at Caps . Close to downtown st Augustine

Communication with owner was great! The cottage was very tastefully decorated, super clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. I definitely would stay there again.

Great Beach getaway

Beautiful cottage that feels spacious and very comfortable. Great location with easy drive to downtown area. Quick walk over the grassy sand dune to Vilano beach. Scott was great and we thoroughly enjoyed our three days there.

A slice of heaven.

Spacious, comfortable and lovely decor in a nautical/beach theme. Clean as a whistle. Close to a lovely beach which is about 100 yards away. Will be back for a longer stay. Thank you Scott!

Wonderful Stay!

The cottage inside is much more beautiful than the pictures. It was perfect in every way. It is right at the beach (which is beautiful)! Owner responded right away to our messages just before the trip. We would definitely stay again!

Vacations August 15-19

My family spent 4 days in this cottage, we loved it, very cozy, clean and spacious, we thought it was smaller, very good location since it is just a few steps from the beach and a few minutes from the center of the old city, the owner was always attentive. I definitely recommend this place if you are thinking of traveling to Saint Augustine.

Will stay again

Lovely property- exactly as described and pictured. I wish there was a little more parking, but it wasn’t an issue. Easy access to the beach and many other activities made this a great home base for St Augustine. Wonderful and informative host as well! We will definitely use this place again in the future.

What a GEM!

This spacious, comfortable, well-appointed cottage is just a walk through the dunes from a beautiful, less crowded beach! We definitely plan to stay her again!

Great time

We enjoyed this lovely cottage, great location and great hosts. The beach was close by and not crowded- great for walks. Easy drive into St. Augustine and surrounding areas. Comfortable accommodations.

Family Trip

This is a very nice little cottage, immaculate, nicely decorated, all the amenities you need. Great location, close to beach and shopping. We completely enjoyed our time here. The only drawback is the parking situation, 3 cottages on the property, (all were rented while we were there) but parking for really only 2 cars and street parking can be tricky since the street is a public beach access road.

Nice property. Parking was a challenge with the other two properties being rented and beach goers parking on the street.

Perfect family beach location

Great location only a minute walk to the beach with no busy streets to cross. The cottage is clean and the location is awesome close to stores/restaurants and easy access to the beach.

Great access to beautiful, empty beach. Large cottage clean and orderly. Played pickleball. Easy access to great kayak venues, keeping tides in mind. Prompt response from friendly managers.

House was clean and comfortable! Proximity to beach is perfect! House is directly off A1A and you will have traffic noise. Owners were very responsive.

The host was super responsive and accommodating. The house is even better in person. Legitimate steps from getting your feet in the sand. Will probably book for next year

Perfect place and location

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and great location. My wife enjoyed going to the beach at sunrise and photographing the sea birds. Convenient to dining and old town. Did great for us and our adult kids.
