Updated and immaculate 2-bedroom OCEANSIDE condo just about 15 houses from the beach—perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking a relaxed, affordable getaway. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen with quartz breakfast bar seating four.

Sleeps 4: Room #1 has a full size bed. Room #2 has two twin beds.

Enjoy outdoor dining, upstairs bistro table, gas grill, two outdoor showers, and a private shared side yard ideal for kids—hotel convenience without crowds or mansion pricing.
The space
INCLUDED:
Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, range/oven, dishwasher, over-the-range microwave, and coffee maker. Wi-Fi, LBT beach badges, one full-size mattress pad, and two twin mattress pads are provided. A starter supply of basic cleaning and hygiene items is included to get you settled.

Lauren was really responsive throughout the booking process and we very much appreciated her flexibility around certain areas.The condo is very well located and the highlight is the modern furnished kitchen and living area. We also really enjoyed the patio and decking area and selection of beach toys that we were able to use during our stay.Thank you for letting us stay in your home!

Lovely Stay

Location is short walk to the beach and close to amenities. Accommodations were comfortable and cute beach decor. We had a lovely stay!

LBI mid-week stay

Great spot perfect location

Had a great stay at Lauren’s place. The place was very clean and conveniently located to shops and restaurants and quick walk to the beach. Outdoor showers were a great addition! My group would love to come back!

Loving LBI

We had an overall fantastic stay! Just a few blocks between the beach and bay and walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and coffee. Owners are very responsive. The unit was perfect size for my family of four, very clean, charmingly decorated and offered all the supplies we needed for our stay. We hope to visit again!

Cute & Convenient

We had a great stay at this cute beach condo located an easy two blocks from the beach. It's on the smaller side but well maintained and comfortable. Perfect for a small family or weekend with friends.

A little gem near Beach Haven

Great property and a great location! The check in process was simple and easy. The property was very clean and kept up with. The location could not be better ! Just a few blocks to both the beach and the bay . Also just a two minute drive to Bay Village and all the great places to eat and shopping ! Great for couples or small families with children. We had a fabulous stay and would definetly return to this property. The hosts were easy to communicate with . Would highly recommend !

Great place. Perfect for 2 people and even 1-2 kids. Outdoor showers were amazing. Proximity to the beach and Bay Village were great. Parking on property. The host, Lauren, was very communicative. Two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom. Everything about our week long stay was great. Only negative is no washer and dryer. But there is a clothes hanger outside which helps for wet bathing suits. Definitely recommend.
