Location is great, but the furniture/appliances need updating

It was great to be able to view the ocean from the room. There were some nice amenities in the facility and the location was good for access to restaurants and shops. The negatives for us were overaged furniture and appliances. The bed was very “mushy” with a somewhat worn foam topper. The couch was also very uncomfortable to sit on as it sunk deeper toward the floor—there was no support. The chairs at the bar looked like they would be more comfortable for my bad back, but the seat portion hit uncomfortably on the backs of mine and my husband’s legs. We didn’t sit for more than a few minutes on them. The one other chair in the living area was ok. My husband used it the most as he had some work that he needed to do while on vacation. The most comfortable chairs were the ones on the deck. I pulled up my ice chest to use as a foot rest in order to sit and work outdoors. The condo room is much like an extended-stay hotel room. It has an outdated, but somewhat functional kitchen stove and oven. The stove top could use some new burners. Visitors may want to bring their own spatula (unless the owner provides a new one). We bought a multi-purpose cleaner as there was nothing in the room to use for cleaning. My husband cleaned the window on the outside so that we could see the view more clearly. The bathroom could use a toilet brush and at least one type cleaner for those who are staying more than a few days.

Anniversary Getaway

We loved the view and quick access to the beach. Close proximity to restaurants and shopping. Condo is well stocked in the kitchen. However, we would’ve appreciated more than two wash cloths for a 3-night stay. Clarity on which of the four gates to enter upon arrival would be helpful for future guests. Overall, a good place to stay.

Lovely small condo

Great Location

We were very happy with our accommodations, it had everything we needed for a wonderful stay on the beach, loved the view! The resort was in a great location too.

Perfect View!

The small yet ample balcony is where you'll spend the majority of your time. The skies, trees, dolphins and birds will bring you renewed gratitude. This condo is cute and comfortable for one or two people. I hope to return soon.

Location and more!

Absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay.
