Super nice and updated villa! Brand New King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Great condo in a great location! Everything was amazing! The proximity to the beach, outside shower, pool, laundry right down the hall, beach chairs, cooler, fully stocked kitchen, and bikes made it extra enjoyable!

Great Location!

This unit is in a great spot, right on the beach and close to entertainment, shops, and restaurants. Smoking is apparently allowed on the balconies which was not disclosed in the listing. Our neighbor was out there smoking constantly which ruined our evenings.

This place was perfect! I loved that it had chairs so we didn’t have to bring ours! I love that the lifeguards on the beach were so amazing! The room has everything you would need! The one thing that I wish, was that it had a couple more towels. But the wash machine is right near the room so bring quarters. The walk to the beach was perfect and I love that the beach was overly crowded. It was near everything I wish we had more time to do more, but that means we will be back! Thank you for letting us stay!

Great place close to beach

My husband and I stayed here for a week. The short walk to the beach was perfect. We also walked to Caligny shops and restaurants.

Great, Clean, and Family Friendly Condo!!!

Perfect for a great getaway! The kids loved it! The condo was clean, family friendly, and had a side balcony view of the ocean. The complex is in a great location close to restaurants, groceries, shopping, and icecream! The King size bed was comfortable and spacious. Check-in/check-out process was super simple and easy. The pool was great for the kids. We will definitely be staying again in the future. If you are looking for a great condo in Hilton Head, look no further!

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was extremely clean, comfortable, and in a great location. It was nice to have the bikes for an early morning ride to start the day. Although we chose not to cook, the condo had everything we would have needed if we chose to cook. Lori was very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend this condo and would love to return myself.

Great place close to the beach, shops, and restaurants

This is a wonderful condo close to the beach and shops and dining. I love that they have bikes to ride as we do not bring a car. The beach chairs are nice to have too. We used the outdoor charcoal grills this year also. This is clean and well stocked. It also has paid washers and dryers in the building . Just a great place with great owners.

Another Great Stay

My husband and I enjoyed our short stay. The condo had everything we needed and the location is great. My only complaint is that the air conditioner was rather loud when cycling on and off and it woke me up several times. I set it to “constant fan” but it still turned off.

Couples Retreat

Perfect size condo for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. Great location for walking or riding bikes. It was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Fully stocked with everything we needed.

Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
