Super nice and updated villa! Newer King Bed! This unit is in ocean front complex and has ocean views from the living room and balcony! Newer paint throughout, sleeper sofa with 5 inch memory foam mattress, leather recliner, updated backsplash tile, ceiling fans also has an updated bathroom and kitchen, Keurig, flat screen T.V.'s in bedroom and living room. Very comfortable KING bed in open bedroom and there is lots of storage, fully equipped kitchen, newer heating and air unit as well as ceiling fans in bedroom and living room. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! Is walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 4 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!! The Town of Hilton Head Short Term Rental Permit # is 071634

Great spot with beach access. We didn’t end up using the bikes due to weather, but they looked like high quality newer bikes. We enjoyed our stay.

The condo was clean and comfortable. The walk to the beach was so close and convenient. We were able to go any time of the day and sit back and relax. Perfect place to stay! The hosts are quick to respond and very friendly. I highly recommend! Thank you again for making our stay so wonderful.

NIce room, easy beach access, comfortable bed, lovely view from the balcony. Bikes were too tall for my petite (5'3") body. Reasonable walking distance to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Smartly decorated unit with a view of the ocean and a short walk to the beach. Two bicycles are provided with the unit and are in great condition. Great unit for a couple! Plenty of good food establishments within walking/bicycle distance. Beach is awesome and great for bicycle riding at low tide. Lori and Scott, the owners, were very helpful with any questions we had. Pool, laundry facilities and unloading/loading zone were very convenient.

Great bed. Great kitchen. Great location. Great communication with the host. On the downside, the kitchen table works for a couple, but is a bit small for 3 or more diners. Could have provided a bit more toilet paper and soap for our 4 night stay.

We loved our vacation getaway to Hilton Head. Condo was immaculate and decorated beautifully. Pictures online are 100% accurate. Check in was easy with no issues. Location was perfect with a view of the ocean. We would definitely stay here again!!! Our thanks to Lori and Scott for letting us enjoy your slice of heaven.

We loved this spot!! The condo is super cute, clean, nicely decorated and the kitchen has everything you need. The bed is comfortable and the unit has tons of closet storage. The balcony is a plus and the provided chairs seem brand new. We took full advantage of the bikes and really enjoyed moving around the area on wheels and by foot. The neighborhood is quiet and the vibe was relaxed and lovely. Very helpful and responsive owners as well. We will 100% be staying here again!!

Hello Fellow Beach lovers! We are excited about our condo's and want to share them! We relocated to Hilton Head SC from TN and love it! We own another condos at Hilton Head! CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!
