OCEAN FRONT complex and the condo has Ocean Views! Newer paint, newer flooring through out, newer ceiling fans, nice sleeper sofa, dining room set, new countertops and back splash, new tile on balcony, newer SmartTV! This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and living room with balcony, pull out sleeper sofa with 5" memory foam mattress. This condo also comes with 2 beach cruiser bikes, so no need to rent your own! 4 beach chairs. This condo has full access of the Ocean Oak Hilton amenities! 2 Heated pools, hot tub, fire-pit, game area, picnic area with out door grills, path to the beach, full bar and restaurant and restrooms! Awesome views of the Atlantic ocean from the pools/hot tub. Full access to workout room, game room, can rent movies and has computer area. SUPER NICE and perfect condo for 2-4 people. Great condo at a great hotel! Very clean, had everything we needed. Pool areas great and everything so clean. Parking was easy and getting to pools/beach was easy. We had an issue with the toilet and owners were very quick to respond and fix it. Very nice and helpful. We would stay here again!

Amenities truly are awesome. Small place but it’s priced accordingly. We really enjoyed the place and we had everything we needed! LOVED the pool!

Very clean and reasonably priced for the area, as advertised and good communication. Good location in terms of being close to everything approx. about 15mins from everything. If we come back will definitely check availability again.

Great location, easy walk to the beach (and beach chairs in the condo, huge plus!) Amenities from the Hilton were great to have (pool, hot tub, bar, food). Used the bikes provided by the unit, another plus! Also walking distance to alot of resturaunts and shops. All in all, a great stay and great communication from with host, thank you!!!

Had a great trip. Condo was a little smaller than we realized when we rented, but that was on us. The access to the Hilton resort next door was the ace for the trip.

Hello Fellow Beach Lovers! We purchased this wonderful Ocean View condo in an Ocean Front Complex. We own 4 condo's, all in South Forest Beach and love to rent them out to others to enjoy all the Hilton Head Island has to offer!

This property comes with full access to all of the wonderful amenities that Ocean Oak Resort a New Hilton property! You can not ask for better access to the beach, as well as the awesome heated pools, one is beach front! There is also a hot tub, a picnic area with BBQ grills, hammocks, full bar and restaurant, bathrooms, out door game area, inside there is a work out room, a great place to relax and read or use computers, rent movies or watch movies in the movie room!
