Ocean Front Complex! Super nice and updated, newly renovated, newer furniture, new paint, new ceiling fans, 1 minute walk to Coligny Beach! This unit is incredibly clean and well stocked. Walking distance to the new Celebration Park that just opened!

BRAND NEW Gel Foam Queen bed in bedroom and there is lots of storage. There is no door to bedroom, is open to hallway. This unit also has a very nice balcony with outdoor seating and GREAT views of the ocean! There are elevators through out complex as well as laundry facilities on each level. There is a very large private pool with sun loungers, tables and umbrellas. This is a SECURE gated complex. You have direct access to the beach on a boardwalk, with outdoor showers. There is a newer ocean front sundeck with lounge chairs and a nice swing! BBQ and picnic area are available for your use and have been expanded and are cleaned everyday! THIS UNIT COMES WITH 2 BEACH CHAIRS AND 2 BIKES!!

Hilton Head Reunion with College Friends

The winter projects in the garage didn't bother us because we liked everything else. Lori and Scott were ready to help with any questions we had. We really liked having a tiny place that had everything. I called it the Thumbelina house. Bikes and walks were wonderful. Spectrum needs to make access to network easier....not the owners' faults. We already want to come back

Lovely property in a great area. Very clean, excellent instructions on how to get there, parking, access to condo..... beautiful view from balcony and a great deck on beach side of building that we used a lot. Kitchen well equipped. Would very much recommend.

Birthday stay

Stay at Sea Side Villa's 3 to 4 times a year.Love the location. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Only recommendation is maybe a mattress topper. Bed was extremely firm. We had a great time.

Thanksgiving weekend trip

We really enjoyed our stay, the unit was very clean and comfortable. The location is right next to the beach and convenient to restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back again.

Intimate cozy getaway

We came for the annual Lantern parade which came right by property. Condo has elevators, nice pool, and quiet atmosphere. Easy to walk or bike to several shops and restaurants. Bikes in excellent condition.

Awesome and Close to Everything

Loved the location the beach access and the food across the street. Make sure to keep the bicycles locked up even when back at the apartment. Owners are fantastic.

I can not say enough good things about this quaint, and beautifully decorated, slice of paradise! The condo was right on the beach, and was so close to wonderful restaurants and shopping. Thank you to our hosts! We will be back!

GREAT location just steps from the beach. Short walk to great restaurants and bars. Loved the amenities - bikes and beach chairs were so nice. Hosts were very accommodating when we had to change travel dates due to a hurricane. Can’t wait to come back soon. Thanks Lori and Scott!

Location!

We love this location! On the beach and a short walk/bike ride to Coligny. We have stayed at Sea Side Villas multiple times and this condo did not disappoint. Cutclean

Great property!

We stayed here to celebrate our 20th anniversary, and we had a great stay. The property wac very clean, and the location was great! Everything you need is walking distance, including the beach. The only hiccup was having a gym listed as an amenity. The was no gym, but the owner was apologetic about the mistake. The bikes were also a huge plus. We'll definitely stay again.

The condo was so clean, nicely furnished, lots of closets and drawer space, beautifully appointed. We came for a wedding and felt like we were on our honeymoon!

Short marriage trip

Well appointed unit, safe, walkable, clean… Did not receive prior gate/unit codes however was able to get codes from a board member at gate. My fault for not noticing queen bed and was uncomfortably hard for us. Tub slippery, needs skid resistant strips. Floor strip between BR and hallway needs to be glued back down. Just not for us next time….

VRBO 1261504 AND~CHECK OUT THE REVIEWS!!! Between us we have 4 adult kids and 4 grandchildren. Property Management, rentals is our business and keeps us busy! Lori was born and raised in Colorado and Scott was born in California. We met in Tennessee and the rest is history!

We have always wanted to have a ocean front property and fell in love with Seaside Villas. It is such a nice, clean and friendly complex. It is so nicely located so close to the beach, Coligny Center with all the shops and restaurants and the bike paths!

SO close to Coligny Beach and shopping, restaurants and bike paths! Resort is gated and private, very nice pool, complex is very clean and well cared for. The condo is SUPER clean!
