We enjoyed the balcony for coffee in the mornings. Short walk to the beach. Easy access to the pool. Short distance to a lot of places to eat and shop. There were some things out of the owners control such as garbage bin pick up time, they come to pick up often and early. Sleeping in didn’t happen much. Would stay again and probably will.

The perfect place for two! Clean and all the amenities provided, pool right downstairs a the beach a two minute walk a beautiful view of the ocean from the balcony. The host was very friendly and answered all my questions. I would definitely come again!

We had a perfect anniversary getaway here! The price and having easy walking access to the beach was unbeatable. We were a little surprised to discover the main entry to the condo enters into the bedroom, but we didn't have too bad of issues with noise from the hallway or pool. Overall, hope to return again!!!

all amenities that were listed were spot on! This condo had an excellent location to the beach and even had a ocean view. The condo was perfect for our weekend getaway. walking distance to shopping and restaurants. would definitely book again! Host was great.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. We had an amazing stay. The property was exactly as described. All amenities were nice. It’s only a dollar to use the washer and dryers. Host was great. And walkable to Coligny Plaza and beach.

Everything you need for a nice beach get away with a super host. The well equipped condo will not disappoint. Right on the beach, close to Coligny and Sea Pines.

Great hosts! Wonderful location; we could walk anywhere. Cutest sea creature cookies when we checked in! Hosts checked in on us via message to make sure everything was going well. Comfortable bed. Great coffee maker. Beautiful balcony for morning coffee. Would definitely stay here again!
