Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, this stylish retreat features a plush king bed, modern kitchen with granite counters, sleek flooring, and a spa-like walk-in shower. Relax on the private balcony or take a short stroll to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut for dining, shopping, and live music. The perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza and Lowcountry Celebration Park.

Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Clean, well stocked, perfect little spot for a quick getaway.

Close to restaurants

My husband and I had an enjoyable week on Hilton Head. The condo was just as described. We appreciated the easy walk to restaurants and shopping.

Beautiful place

Beautiful place. But the only downside is entering and exiting condo has to be through the bedroom. This was a challenge with a infant sleeping in the bedroom.

Boardwalk to the beach

The property was nicely updated, clean and close to restaurants. The walk to the beach was short and convenient. The beach was fantastic. Great location, and would stay there again.

Beautiful space!

Our family of four stayed the week of July 4. The condo was very clean and had a nice view of the beach. Everything was updated. Our host was communicative and responsive to communication. We highly recommend this place.

Wonderful vacation week

All as advertised - location is prime! Responsiveness is excellent. Planning to return. Only small issue we had was with the dishwasher - maybe we are just old . Seems like it doesn’t completely latch and so once it didn’t drain - not a big issue at all

Beach getaway

My husband and i stayed here. The unit is beautiful. It's very clean and comfortable. You cannot beat the location...very close to stores and restaurants. Great communication with the owner.

Fantastic stay

Everything about this property was as advertised or better. Close to the beach, and a book of the best local places to try. And to top it all off, a welcome cookie that made my girls day! We will be back.

Memorial Day Getaway

This condo was a perfect spot for my husband and I on our last minute getaway. It’s well appointed, close to Coligny and on the beach - checked all of our boxes! We’ll be back.

Great condo

My cousin and I have stayed in this condo 3x and love it every time. It’s well decorated/clean, nice view of the ocean and comfortable bed/pillows. There has been a small amount of laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. which is really nice when a person is flying in. Beach sunrises are gorgeous and worth waking up early for 😎

Cute beach property

Loved our stay!! Could see the water from the outdoor balcony and the cookies were a really nice and appreciated touch. Not far to the beach. Cute and comfy room.

Beautiful condo

Beautifully decorated condo. Perfect for a couple. Everything was exactly as stated in the description. Great communication with the host - restaurant recommendations, checking in to make sure everything was okay and to see if we needed anything. Loved the anniversary cookies waiting for us upon arrival. Would definitely recommend this condo. We hope to stay there again.

Milestone Birthday Celebration

We stayed for a long weekend to celebrate one of those milestone birthdays. The condo was perfect for our needs. Well stocked and clean. Beach, shops and restaurants were all within walking distance. Nice place to stay.

Beach vacation

The villa was very clean and just right for me and husband celebrating my birthday. It had everything we needed with access to the elevator, pool, parking and the beach all very close. Also very close to to Coligny. We never had to drive anywhere once we arrived. Of course the beaches are in HH are beautiful. Would definitely stay here again!! Host was very responsive and had no issues with her instructions for checking in and outp
