Enjoy stunning ocean views from this newly redesigned second-floor villa in the heart of Hilton Head’s main beach. Located in Seaside, a gated oceanfront complex, this stylish retreat features a plush king bed, modern kitchen with granite counters that has both a Keurig and standard drip coffee maker, sleek flooring, and a spa-like walk-in shower. Relax on the private balcony or take a short stroll to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut for dining, shopping, and live music. The perfect beach getaway! 🌊☀️

Seaside is a gated-oceanfront complex in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach, but just far enough that the beach is not overcrowded. We are about 2 blocks from Coligny Plaza, easily walkable. The Lowcountry Celebration Park is right across the street and is a great place for the kiddos as well as adults, lots of great bands and activities throughout the year.
Property offers: Pool, Beach showers, Sundeck and BBQ/Picnic area onsite. Gated Beach access in the middle of the property.

As longtime Hilton Head locals, we've been owning and renting condos here since 2002. We own several villas in the complex and personally manage a few others, ensuring top-notch hospitality. Living on the island means we're always nearby if you need anything—or just a great restaurant recommendation!

We have many great streaming apps included such as HBO, Max basic, ESPN, Disney+, Hulu, Fox One, AMC+, and Peacock.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued, don't block anyone in.

Enjoyed our girls’ weekend at this condo. It had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. Easy walk to restaurants and shops, and grocery stores were close by. Great communication with the owners; they were very responsive. Would definitely rent again.

Came down for a birthday celebration. The room was just as listed. The kitchen is well stocked if you want to cook. The beach was a short walk, the pool was refreshing. We enjoyed our stay, we will come back.

It was an awesome stay for me and my husband. She even had cookies for us to celebrate our anniversary! We would have loved a later check out but understood it couldn’t happen. First time on the island and will be back! Walking distance from everything!

We loved our stay! The place was exactly as described. The location and beach access was perfect. Quiet, peaceful, comfortable-just what we needed. Seaside Villa condos were just right for myself and my husband. Short walk to beach. Decent pool, although I didn’t use. I liked the elevator, it was pretty quick! Nice little balcony, wished it had a ceiling fan. Our fans worked well in the living room and bedroom. Although, the bedroom fan only ran on high speed. I enjoyed the walk to shops & restaurants at Coligny Square. Our host, Kendall was super responsive and very nice. I would definitely recommend Seaside Villas if coming to Hilton Head.

This place was wonderful! Location is fantastic- clean, cute, and right on the beach and walking distance to the shops and a ton of great restaurants. We rented bikes for a few days to make it even faster to get around and even took them on the beach which was a blast. Host had cute beach themed cookies for us on arrival which was an unexpected bonus and so sweet

Great little place for a couple. You can see the ocean but can’t see the beach itself. Not a place I would plan to do a lot of cooking in. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location, good contact with owner. Perfect for one adult couple or a young couple with kids. You do have a floor above you, if it's occupied it will be noisy, sometimes till really late Room was very clean.

The condo was very nice and cozy. The welcome cookies were a sweet surprise! It was perfect for two. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony although it would have been nice to have a small table out there. The beach was a short walk away from the unit -down a short boardwalk. The complex had a nice looking pool although we did not use it - preferring the beach instead. The shower had amazing water pressure. The complex provided plenty of luggage carts for easy move in/out, and the elevator was convenient to the unit. The host thoroughly communicated check in and out processes in a timely manner - we were notified promptly when the gate codes were changed. Overall, the unit was clean and supplied with most needed items. There were a couple of things that would help make the unit a 5 star: better internet connection (we were unable to stream a movie even after resetting the router/modem), no potholders provided (needed when an oven is available), no large pot to cook spaghetti (although there is a large colander to drain pasta), occasional cleaning of bathroom vent (it was visibly dusty). Thanks for a great week!

Great location; walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Host was excellent - allowed us early access and a good communicator. Did not cook; chose to take advantage of the excellent restaurants on the island. Very comfortable for two people. A great find.

This villa is very cozy and worked perfectly for my husband and I! It had everything we needed for comfort and cleanliness with a very cozy ambience. Communication with Kendall was top notch. There are both steps and elevator for your convenience. The laundry is very close to the villa if it’s needed. The pool area is lovely! The path to the ocean is relatively short and the access to and from is great. There is also a picturesque area to sit between the villa and walk to the ocean. We are so glad we chose to stay here while visiting HHI. Very, very wonderful! We hope to be back!

Kendall was great. She was very quick to respond in the early stages of our booking and very welcoming when we arrived.When we stepped in our unit it was clean, fresh, nicely decorated and very comfortable.The bed was EXCEPTIONAL - consistently supported an excellent nights sleep!
