We really enjoyed our time at Indian Rocks and the condo was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this location. Being on the beach, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream shops, and my girls loved walking to the local coffee shop.

Beautiful area with a laid back feel. Perfect for families or couples. Walking distance to coffee shops and a few restaurants. The beach was never crowded plenty of space.

Great location on the beach. Clean property. We had our first situation with the power going out one night and tried reaching the host, but didn’t get a response back so we called the electric company ourselves and they took care of the issue 4 hours later. On our last evening around 9pm we noticed the condo was getting hot and the thermostat was off. Again tried to contact the host and no response until 10 hours later so we had no air conditioning during the night. There should be an on site contact in case of an emergency. This was very disappointing.

Easy access to the beach! Clean and well equipped condo with beach accessories. Able to use washer/dryer in the unit. We signed up to return in 2027!

Unit was as advertised, unit was well stocked with towels, trash bags, dish detergent and beach gear. Great location-walking distance to many restaurants.

Quyen was very helpful and super friendly anytime I had a question. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed for a month long home away from home. The complex was very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect, only steps to the beach and walking distance to many great restaurants and shops. This was our 4th year staying in IRB for a month and this condo was by far our favorite.

Amazing Stay

Highly recommend staying here. This Is the best experience we’ve had getting a place in this area and would love to stay there again. It was walking distance to delicious restaurants and the beach and the pool were perfect for our family. The place was very clean and filled with amazing amenities.

Perfect location

We had a fantastic vacation. Tye condo was perfect for beach/pool access. Restaurants within walking distance as well as a convenience store. There is 2 coffee/breakfast spots all within walking distance also. We will certainly be returning

Relaxing winter getaway

Our condo was very clean and spacious. Easy access to the beach and pool. We enjoyed the variety of seafood restaurants that were nearby. Great location!
