The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, and a grand island to seat 6. Grab your morning cup of joe with an easy to use Keurig, relax on the front patio and enjoy the fresh air, cook on your private gas grill, while the children run around the large grassy field, and rinse off after a day at the beach with your private outdoor shower.

The 2 Queen bedrooms come with vaulted ceilings, closet, dresser storage and Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 1 has an Ensuite Bathroom with sparkling quartz countertops and a large standup tiled shower. Master Bedroom 2 has a full length mirror, a private entry to the 2nd full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and Sparkling Quartz Countertop, this bathroom also provides access from the main living space.

Relax after a long day at the beach in the highly appointed living room, with a large flat screen smart tv with Spectrum Cable. The sofa folds out to a queen bed for your extra guests. High Speed internet/wifi is provided for your family to enjoy.

Private full size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

Upgraded luxury bed linens with beds made, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided.

The property was clean and well stocked. The host was available for any questions. The beach is about 3 blocks from the condo. The pool was nice and clean as well. I would definitely stay there again!!

The place was tidy enough but does need a deep clean to rid the dust that has collected on the doors and baseboards. For the extremely high cleaning fee and additional grill cleaning fee whether you use the grill or not, I expected not a speck of dust. Communication with the host and her “luxury vacation agency” was terrible during the issue we experienced of being locked out of the unit twice during our stay. No acknowledgment , apology or follow up from anyone with that. While the place is nice, it’s misleading and I will not ever rent from this agency again.

Hi Lauren, we understand your frustrations. I wish I could predict when an electronic system would do down. But I do not own this gift yet. I had someone there right away to get you in the door. We also offered you a gift basket of which you said “we could shove it up our butt”. Your disrespect to my people was unjustified. Have a great summer. Grateful to never have someone like you book with me again.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We loved that each room had lots of hangers and extra pillows and blankets. The instructions were very easy to follow and the host left great recommendations for just about any category of activity we could think of. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in the northern shores region of the Outer Banks.

Lisa was welcoming from the reservation through checkout. Her Terrapin Point condo was beautiful and in excellent condition and the bed was very comfortable. And it was a short walk to the incredible beach where we enjoyed long peaceful walks. Thank you Lisa for allowing us to stay in your condo! We will cherish our memories forever.

Terrapin is a beautiful condo and I enjoyed my stay there. I also enjoyed having the pool so close. Lisa quickly responded to any questions I had as well. I would definitely stay here again.
