Tropical Paradise 601 is a luxury beachfront condo located on the world’s most beautiful beaches in Panama City Beach. We’ve prepared everything for a comfortable and cozy stay! Not only will you enjoy breathtaking views of the Gulf, but we've also ensured that your sleep will be just as relaxing. The condo features a spacious dining area and a well-appointed kitchen, perfect for preparing home-cooked meals for family and friends. This is the largest floor plan in Tidewater, complete with a wrap-around balcony. You’ll also be close to Pier Park for shopping and dining.

Primary renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests may be asked to present their IDs upon arrival or anytime during their stay. Do not rent this unit for another party. The primary renter must be staying in the unit.

About the Vacation Rental Unit:

Welcome to Tidewater, where you can experience one of the best vacation spots in Panama City Beach! This is the largest floor plan at Tidewater, offering gulf and sunset views from the wrap-around balcony. Connect with the magic of the Gulf and experience your beachfront vacation dreams in this luxury condo!

This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom vacation rental features:
Master bedroom with a king bed and spectacular views of the Gulf plus ensuite bathroom
Second bedroom with a king bed
Third bedroom with two twin beds and ensuite bathroom
Fourth bedroom with full-over-full bunk beds
Maximum Guest Occupancy: 10 Guests (Please note that children under the age of two years still count toward the maximum guest occupancy.)

The primary suite boasts an elegant interior with a separate glass-enclosed shower, garden tub, double vanity, and kitchen with granite countertops. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with an ice maker, microwave, and a laundry area with a washer and dryer. All 3 bathrooms are full (shower/tub combo).

Parking:

All guests must pre-register with the resort! Preregistering means wristbands are programmed, and parking passes are created ahead of your arrival. Guests must stop by the front desk upon arrival to pick up wristbands and parking pass.

The parking garage is located across the street from Tidewater Resort. Since it changes periodically, the parking garage gate code will be sent in your Safe Travels email. Guests may purchase 3 parking permits for a 3-bedroom unit. Cost for such passes is listed below.

Parking spaces in the garage aren't assigned, so legally park where you are able to. Locate the skybridge on level 2; this will take you across the street to the main complex. After crossing the skybridge, go to the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor. This is where you will pick up your parking passes as well as your amenity wristbands. Return to your car(s) and place the permit(s) as directed.

Parking restrictions: No vehicle exceeding 7 feet, 2 inches in height is allowed in the garage. For the safety of all, pickups with extended beds or cabs, dual wheels, tow bars, and extended rear luggage carriers are only permitted to park in the north side, rear end of the garage. Roof luggage carriers must be removed before entering the garage. Rental golf carts, scooters, and bubble cars are not authorized to park in the garage or porte-cochere. Those in violation of these rules are subject to tow at the owner’s/renter’s expense.

Amenity Wristbands: Guests registering at Tidewater must be over 25 years old and registration should occur at least 24 hours in advance of arrival (ideally, more than 24 hours prior). Amenity wristbands are allocated to guests at the Vacasa desk, located on the ground floor of the resort. Wristbands will be given to guests ages 12 and up at check-in. Guests are required to wear these wristbands while on the property.

Fees for these wristbands vary, depending upon when you register. This fee includes the aforementioned parking permits. PREREGISTRATION FEES (preregistration must occur more than 24 hours in advance of arrival): about $70 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit. LATE REGISTRATION FEES: about $80 + tax for a 3-bedroom unit.

About the Community/Property:

The Tidewater Resort Area: Welcome to Tidewater, a complex offering its guests breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! This resort is conveniently located just fifteen minutes from ECP airport. Moreover, guests are within walking distance of Pier Park, which boasts more than 100 retail shops and numerous dining options. Tidewater Resort offers top-of-the-line onsite amenities.

Two outdoor pools (not heated) with gulf views; one indoor pool (heated); two spa whirlpools; fitness center; steam room and sauna. Tidewater is merely five minutes from Gulf World and Frank Brown Park, which is perfect spot for those who wish to revel in this 200-acre outdoor recreational facility.

Other details to note:

Proper ID wristbands are required to be worn at all times while on Tidewater Resort property. The replacement fee for each lost or stolen wristband is $25 plus tax.

All guests must use the Walkover, as instructed by the Project Manager, for the Front Beach Road project.

Trash chutes cannot be stuffed with cardboard boxes or other forms of large debris. Prior to disposal in the chutes, please bag any trash. All large items in need of disposal must be taken off site. Violators who are caught dumping trash inappropriately may be fined by the association and/or reported to local law enforcement.

You will find the 2 oversized lagoon-style outdoor pools on either end of the building connected by a long boardwalk that also takes you through the private resort gate to the beach. Our indoor pool is heated while the outdoor pools are not heated.

Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications about your trip. Access to your professionally cleaned and sanitized home is also convenient with our custom keyless locks. And, if you need anything before, during or after your stay, our local team is ready to help!

Please be aware that there will be NO refunds for Wi-Fi issues as it’s not guaranteed. If reliable Wi-Fi is a must, you are welcome to bring your own internet hotspot.

Non-negotiable rules: No Smoking or Vaping, No Pets, No Events or Parties, No Firearms. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am (unless posted signage indicates otherwise).

Excellent stay!

This unit was perfect! Lots of space. The wraparound balcony was amazing! The corner unit had lots of light. We will definitely come back to this unit again.
