We had issues with the air conditioning the entire time we were there. It never got below 75 degrees, and when we were all there, or cooking it would get up to 78 degrees. It was a pretty big deal when its 96 degrees outside every day

Good property but elevator can be handled better

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved everything about this property except the elevator situation on the checkout time. I wish the listing gave us a heads up what to expect. We waited 1.5 hours in hot condition with little kids waiting for the elevator. Some of our friends took 20 floor staircase down because they couldn’t wait. We had the luggage and cart so we had to wait until one of us spoke with the someone at the front desk. That was the most frustrating Part of the whole stay.

Awesome family retreat

We loved our time together at PCB. Condo was clean and as described. The only problem is it takes FOREVER to get an elevator! Would stay here again though. Overall an excellent trip!

This property has a beautiful view and the sleeping arrangements are great for a large group! The unit is a little beat up in some places. Rusty pipes, dirty bed ruffles, scuffed trim/paint, broken door handles, etc. The kitchen has enough cookware to get by. The management company was pretty slow to respond during our stay for the two times I needed to ask a question. Overall the unit was nice with a wrap around balcony, convenient location, and spacious layout.

Beach Haven

Perfect location and we all slept comfortably. Beautiful condo and Tidewater has nice amnesties. Condo was very spacious to sleep 12. The view is absolutely breath taking. Will definitely be back!

Spring Beach Getaway

Property was as pictured; spacious and clean. Recently renovated master bath was especially nice. Plenty of room for a group of 10 to sleep and gather. Was a little nervous about being on 20th floor, but all was fine.

12 of us just celebrated a mom/daughter senior trip. The condo was just as described, The vendor provided rental chairs and umbrella were pricey and the elevator wait times were long, otherwise zero complaints. Beautiful location, amazing views from balcony with sharks, sea turtles and string rays spotted. Condo was well stocked & gorgeous.

Elevator issues more than an inconvenience

The place was nice. We would have stayed there again if there had not been such long wait times at the elevators every time (not just check-in or out times).

Tidewater Resort

Weekend trip with friends. Tidewater Resort was a great place to stay and the staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was spacious with a ocean view. The management company was quick to answer any texts sent within minutes. We read many reviews about the elevators but we had no problems and very little wait time. Don’t hesitate to book this resort

Amazing stay

Condo was perfect in every way. The condo had all our needs including beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, board games and amazing views from the master. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the sunsets and sunrises. The beach was amazing. Ton of great restaurants in the area. Pier park is fantastic. Our family created wonderful memories staying in this condo/area. Sad to say goodbye to the condo. Would rent again in a heartbeat! Thanks for the beautiful stay!

Beautiful family trip

This property is wonderful. The views are amazing! The rooms are huge and the beds are so very comfortable. The ONLY downfall is the elevators. Bring your patience. You can wait upwards of 30 minutes to get onto an elevator. Don't hold it against the owner as the unit is BEAUTIFUL!
