Oceania 4 was a very clean, spacious and comfortable. Stay in Gulf Shores. We hope to come back next year to stay in the same unit. The property managers at Pickett properties were fantastic to work with the whole experience made it a relaxing trip.

Wonderful stay

Loved the condo! Plenty of space for everyone. Great for the small children. Pool and beach were perfect!

This stay EXCEEDED our expectations! My wife and I, along with our teenagers had a great time. Usually, when a trip ends, we're ready to get back home. But it was unanimously the opposite for us. We didn't wanna leave. And that's the first time we've EVER felt like that. Kudos to Prickett and their Oceania property. We will DEFINITELY be back!

February Beach Trip

Very large condo with great views of the beach and bay . Easy access to the Beach. Love the Elevator comes straight to your Condo . Hope to make another trip next year but bring family to enjoy the Condo.

The condo was perfect for our family of 13. Plenty of room for everyone and well stocked. The only hiccup was checking in. The keys were suppose to be in a lock box on the property and the lock box was broken so we had to drive about 25 minutes to pick up the keys (so 50 minute round trip). Normally this wouldn't have been a big deal, but if we had known that we need to pick up the keys at the property management office before trying to check in at the condo at 4, it would have saved tons of time and extra driving. We had a late lunch in Orange Beach and was close to where we had to pick up the keys, so backtracking to get the keys was not ideal and check in time was more like 5 instead of 4. We would definitely stay here again. I would just call ahead to make sure the keys were on the property.

This condo was perfect for our family of 11. We loved the layout of the bedrooms with the master up front away from the rest. All rooms have a balcony. The views from the kitchen/dining/living room and balcony were fabulous!! This condo has everything you need. We would definitely book here again!

We had a little bit of an issue with the elevator stopping on our floor with people in it. It was fine but I thought the elevator would not stop on our floor without key card to your floor. A little disconcerting to think someone could walk into your unit.We love this condo very much. It is our 2nd time booking it. It is so spacious! The furniture is getting a little grungy but it didn’t hamper our fun!

Nice place

Great location near the beach. The roominess was a plus for our families. The views wonderful. Overall the furnishings could use some updates and TLC. But we would definitely stay here again.

Gulf Shores Beachfront 2023

The condo was BEAUTIFUL, SPACIOUS and the outside area was PERFECT!! We were able to enjoy the ocean while sitting inside as well as outside. The beach was beautiful and clean.

Friends Vacation

There were 9 adults in our group. The condo was very spacious and comfortable. Plenty of room to be together and also had the availability for quiet time. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants. All around great experience and wonderful memories made!

Gulf Shores special condo

The property was as represented. Loved the fact that it was one very large condo per floor and the security measures with the key cards made it feel really safe. Wonderful beachfront views from the balcony. Great location for restaurants, shopping, and golf. Lots of space inside the condo with very large bedrooms and living area.

Wow

The whole family was so impressed with Oceana. It was perfect. Loved that the balcony was across the total front of the condo. My family of 13 stayed and it was very spacious everyone had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again.
