Welcome to Condo Reef 401, proudly managed by North American Standards (Nasplaya). El Faro unit Reef 401 offers authentic beachfront living with 3 full bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, a beachfront terrace with plunge pool, lounge chairs, and dining set. The master bedroom, the living room, and the kitchen offer ocean views, and all of the condo bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The master suite, first guest suite, and second guest suite include a king-size bed each.

In Spanish, El Faro means lighthouse, and the distinct Playa del Carmen lighthouse is located on the corner of this property and has been a beacon and a landmark for decades. The lovely El Faro infinity pool complete with lounge chairs and umbrellas is a perfect way to laze around all day. If you'd like to dip in the warm ocean, the beachfront property offers easy access to the soft white sand. The El Faro Condos are located on 10th Street and the beach, only 2 blocks (a 1-minute walk) from the mile-long pedestrian boulevard, 5th Avenue, with it's myriad of dining and shopping options.

- Please note that "El Faro Residences" is located in a Tourist zone; there may be noise, especially during vacations, since they are allowed by the authorities in legal schedules.

- Due to COVID-19 issues, visits are not allowed after 7 pm, they have to register at the reception with prior authorization.
- If you rent a car, there is parking onsite for $15 USD per night (reservation required).

MONTHLY PRICING:
- For all the rentals we require security deposit.
- Vacation Rent: $500 USD Security Deposit.
- Rentals Long Term: Plus Utilities + $1,000 USD Security deposit.
