Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .

Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.

Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.

Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

This is the second time my family and I stayed here. We loved the spacious two bedroom suite. We requested an Ocean View but that wasn’t the case. The staff was very nice but getting clean towels and linens was a bit over complicated.

It could use some updating and some more kitchen supplies but overall it worked perfectly for my family of 6.

We had a wonderful stay here. Amazing view with balcony. Loved the interior decor, very modern kitchen and bathrooms, & bedrooms. The pool was lovely and the beach access was awesome. I would stay here again. Good value. Good location. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Although the room we had was great and we enjoyed the aspects of the room we did have, it also was not the room in the posted picture.I would verify with the host which room you might be getting. Pictured has the balcony off the living area with the sliding doors. I had living area with the slider ding doors off the bedrooms on the side of the building (which was great for catching sunsets)The kitchen was better equipped than the reviews reviewed. Overall was a good experience and if I were to revisit the area again this place will be an option!

This hotel was nothing like the pictures show. We arrived to our room to see blood on the door across from us and our door barely being able to open. At first glance, the room looked nice, until we looked closer. Every bed had stains on the sheets, one of the rooms had a strong pee odor, and the bathrooms and toilets had hairs on them. They gave us another room to pick from and that room was just as dirty, aside from the beds being dirty, the toilet seat was up with pee in it. By this time, it was 6pm and our day was spent dealing with dirty rooms and housekeeping not answering phone calls. We eventually got into a decent room after 3 hours. The elevators also are very sketchy and there was only 1 working and you had to wait forever to even get on it. There was no face towels and when we went down there to grab some you could only have 4 at a time total and couldn’t get anymore after 4pm. There was also no trash can at all anywhere in the room. We will never stay here again, it was very outdated and not worth the price we paid. The only part of the hotel that was nice was lobby, the balcony, the pool, and the bar area.

Something definitely needed repaired. We loved having two bedrooms and bathrooms. So great to have access to the beach. I liked the fact that you could get towels, just wish you could keep them past five o’clock. I wish there were more pots and pans. While the view was lovely from the windows, I wish there was a balcony instead. No Majior issues. It was nice.

First of all we did not get the room we rented. The balcony was very scary. It was leaning and the railing was loose. The Cabana area was never open. We actually went in there just to check it out and were told to leave. All the umbrellas were broke and cabana covers were shredded. Many people we met complained about the property. Check out time is 10:00. Someone knocked on the door at 9:50 and told us if we were not out by ten we are going to be charged for another night. I would never stay hear again.

Perfect for price!

Location is not the best for activities but so perfect for the beach. Room was not as pictured. As far as pricing goes it doesn’t get any better. Would stay again!

Miami Beach

It was a great location away from the busy style of South Beach Miami. The property has a wonderful view of the ocean for a nice sunrise. A really clean place except for the carpets were really worn and stained. I would stay here again.

Nice Place

The place was great for me and my family! Very clean and convenient. My only request would be to have some instructions on check -in process and location guidelines and expectations for example, trash, cleaning, laundry etc.

Great view.

Excellent view with excellent access to beach. Location is mid- Miami beach. North Beach is fancy shopping, South Beach is the party scene. But lacks central heating, bodywash, dish soap, laundry room was difficut to use with lack of wi-fi. Parking is additional 30 per night. Check-in is with lobby, no need to contact host.

Ok given the price on South Beach

As good as you can expect given the price on South beach, the location is dismal- nothing around and you need to Uber everywhere. Elevators down the majority of time, kind of a creepy vibe to the building. Great view of the ocean.
