Farmhouse-themed, cottage-style house. Located less than 5 miles from Dollywood, minutes to the Old Mill District/Pigeon Forge/Pkwy. area. Less than 30 mins. to Gatlinburg/Great Smoky Mtns. Nat'l Park area.

Quaint cul-de-sac neighborhood with paved roads, easy access & 2 parking spaces. The perfect place for a couple’s getaway, relaxing retreat or a family-oriented vacation to see all the local attractions!
The space -
Please note while our cottage is all one level, it is NOT handicapped accessible. Please do not send inquiries for guests with wheelchairs, canes or walkers as they will not be accepted.
This is also a pet-free home meaning service/assistance animals or emotional support pets are NOT permitted. Please do not send inquiries including pets as they will not be accepted. Owners have allergies. Children under the age of 8 are not approved.
**Smoke-free community, zero tolerance policy for drugs (including marijuana), chewing tobacco, smoking or vaping inside/outside (this includes in your vehicle parked on our property).**
The easy access and paved roads to our house make this a great year-round spot! Great cellular reception throughout the house. 400mbps internet speed great for those who work remotely at the farmhouse cottage. Streaming cable TV available in living area and both bedrooms. Our cottage is fully stocked and thoughtfully decorated.
Please note hallway and master bedroom closets are locked and cannot be utilized (these spaces are used for owner personal belongings and cleaning products).
We have made several notations and signage throughout the home that smoking/vaping/chewing tobacco is prohibited. If caught violating this rule you will be forfeiting your full security deposit, as well as being removed off the property prior to your check out date. You will not be refunded.

Fireplace is available from mid-October through February. It is turned off March through mid-October.

Items provided: Clean linens and towels, small start up supply of paper products, trash bags, hand & dish soap, shampoo, dishwasher & laundry pods, and basic cleaners. We suggest guests bring grooming items, groceries, specialty items and any unique or important items vital to your vacation!

This was a great place to stay! All of the pictures are truly accurate to the location. Everything was cleaned, directions to check in and out were detailed, and communication with owners was excellent! We loved our stay here and hope to come again soon!

Second stay
This was our second time staying at the farmhouse. We absolutely love it there, feels like home away from home. The hosts make it super easy to check in/out. The house is always clean and cozy. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful time in Tennessee
The property is in perfect locations. Just minutes from Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Wife and me love the rental house. When we visit again, we'll look forward to renting from Marcia and Heath again. Wonderful Vacation!

The Cottage
This is a well-kept, clean, and comfortable home. It has everything you need for your stay. The hosts were wonderful and answered every question quickly. This cottage was convenient to everything I needed.

Dollywood weekend
Property was perfect and conveniently located to everything we did. Home was nicely decorated and very clean. Only issue was only one washcloth per person for the whole weekend.

Thank you for the kind review - we appreciate it. We provide 4 bath towels, 2 hand towels & 2 washcloths, per bathroom, regardless of how many guests and how long the reservation is. Unfortunately, we aren’t able to provide things like washcloths for every day of a booking, but we do supply a small start up of everything.
We do encourage guests to utilize the washer/dryer if they need fresh towels for every day, or suggest bringing additional items to meet your needs - this is noted in our listing. There’s also a Dollar General store down the road and we would have happily reimbursed you for a few washcloths if you felt the need to have more than what was provided.

Family Thanksgiving
The house was beautiful, all the creature comforts of home.
Easy drive to Pidgeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but a nice retreat away from all the hustle and bustle of town.
The hosts were extremely helpful, great with communication. Will definitely rent again and refer others.

Nice clean place

Everything was exactly as presented in online pictures.The owners thought of every possible item that the guests could need, especially in the kitchen. Although we did not cook on this trip, it is nice to know that "eating in" is an easy possibility next time.

Dolly's Farmhouse
This house is beautiful, very clean with fully equipped kitchen. Living room furniture was a little uncomfortable for me. Beds and bathrooms layout was perfect. Close to Pigeon Forge, and Gatlinburg in minutes.

Wonderful place for grandparents and their grandson!
My mom and dad were thrilled with this adorable little house! My sixteen year old son who stayed with them loved it too. They really appreciated that “they thought of everything” and kept talking about how there was everything that they needed, including aluminum foil and dish soap! They, especially Mom, loved the thoughtful and tasteful decorations, and Dad was thrilled with the comfortable bed. I will be recommending this property to everyone heading to visit Sevierville!

Lovely house , in a nice area . Got to spend quiet time there without distractions . Great location to Pidgeon forge. We had not been to the area in many years and we were glad the house was farther away and very comfortable . Time to chill and relax and sleep in a comfortable bed . The house had everything we needed.
