My airconditioned condo is located a block from the Ocean and gets cool ocean breezes during the day and has a great Ocean View.

It is located in the center of town and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants and a farmers market where you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

The Lanai faces west so you can enjoy the sunsets every evening.

The condo sleeps 3 comfortably. There is a queen-sized sized bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room.

My husband and I stayed 4 nights in Laury's condo in Kona on our 25th anniversary trip. It was exactly what we were looking for! The kitchen was really well stocked with everything . He had chairs towels cooler umbrella snorkeling equipment for the beach everything was walkable at this location. He was leaving the condo when we arrived so we got to meet him and talk for a minute made us feel very welcome definitely try the oranges and limes he left as welcome gifts so very delicious!! Ocean view condo

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo was clean, updated and well equipped. Beautiful views and convenient location. We would love too come back and stay here again.

I had a great stay. The place is very clean, centrally located, and very comfortable. I will definitely stay here again and already looking forward to my next Kona vacation.

Large apartment with great ocean view

Nice place with open layout and comfortable for family of 3. Nice complex and easy parking as well.

Kona home base

Small and efficient unit in an older property close to restaurants and a good home base to area activities. We had a very pleasant stay and John was responsive to out questions.

Older unit but great location

We wrapped up a great family vacation by spending a few days to ourselves. This condo is an older unit but clean, inexpensive and great location. Just what we needed. Close by beach, restaurants and shops..

Such a perfect little condo with an incredible view

We loved our stay because the host provided very clear communication and the condo was organized, clean, and had everything you need in the kitchen to cook at home. It was set up perfectly for our 3 person family and had beach chairs and a cooler, etc to make beach days a breeze. It's a great location so you can walk to the water, pier and restaurants. Check the guest book for recommendations!

Excellent accomadations, exactly as promised.

Very nice unit, John and Candi have equipped with everything you could possibly need. They were especially helpful when we ran into issues with our flights home, their flexibility was really appreciated!

Kona Getaway

Loved the place! Comfortable, clean, AMAZING view. Located so close to downtown/ali’i drive. barely had to drive for anything we did in kona. Has everything you need. FAST internet if you need to work.

Great Condo

What a nice place to stay. John and Candi have it well stocked with everything, paper products etc. It was clean, comfortable and in great proximity to all downtown Kona has to offer. We enjoyed the 2 minute walk to the Farmers market daily! Ron and Alice

Nice accommodations

Easy to walk to restaurants. Condo was clean and nice. Good air flow thru unit. Bed was really comfortable to us. Nice they had extra pillows and a nice extra blanket. Appreciated the beach chairs and small cooler for our day trips.

Great location

Great apartment. No air conditioning but there are ceiling fans and stand alone fans that do a good job of air flow even in August. Well equipped kitchen and decent appliances. The location is ideal to walk down into the village. Lots of shopping and eateries close by.

Great location

This place was amazing. Close to market, shops and the beach. Only small issue with the room not being cleaned, but that was corrected and the rest of our stay couldn’t have been better. I had to contact the host and he answered and got the problem fixed right away. I would definitely book here again if I make it back to Kona.
