Located on the ground floor at Kona Plaza Condominiums, Unit 107 is newly remodeled & just steps away from downtown Kailua Historic Village & the Kailua Pier. Decorated with a taste of Hawaii that will set the mood to kick start your Hawaiian adventures. Fully furnished with everything you will need to enjoy stay. Grab a "little" "something" refreshing & take advantage of the two Sundecks & BBQ area's located on the 3rd & 4th Floor. Take time to enjoy a 'quick dip' in our pool before strolling out to enjoy some of our wonderful restaurants while taking in Kona's lovely sunset. Welcome to the Big Island of Hawaii friends.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property! The location of the condo was great, as it is very convenient to local shops and restaurants. The space itself is cozy and stylishly furnished, and the fantastic A/C was a welcome comfort after a long day of sightseeing. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but Beverly was incredibly responsive and ensured everything was resolved perfectly. We greatly appreciated her quick and gracious assistance!

The accommodations were exactly what my sister and I needed for our stay! It was clean, comfortable, and the location was perfect. Beverly was incredible - helpful, responsive, and genuinely kind. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I am on the island! Mahalo nui loa, Beverly!

Loved the location and classy touches by this host. If you are in Kona during a rare Kona low storm this was a great hideaway. Flooding all around and power outages too but we stayed high and dry in this cozy condo. Mahalo!

This property was the perfect location and easy to get to. The condo was well stocked with everything you would need! And all high quality. Beverly was amazing to work with and answered all my questions quickly. We were able to check in earlier and leave later. Which made our trip easy and less stressful. I was extremely happy and with everything and will definitely be back!! Thank you Beverly for sharing your home away from home with us!!

Absolutely fabulous. One block from the pier, beach and restaurants. Very safe and secure. Awesome amenities, wonderful welcome basket, with candies, fresh fruit, and cookies, even cold bottled water in the refrigerator. I will very much plan to stay there again, and will recommend it to all my family and friends…

Excellent stay, lovely condo! Really thoughtful amenities (the random-but-just what you need: q-tips, bleach wipes, an iron and ironing board, beach umbrella, a hot water kettle, etc—you’ll discover it at this incredibly hospitable and well-stocked place). Others have mentioned the great location, and it really is: convenient walking to most of downtown Kona, easy access to the first-floor unit, easy highway access. It was immaculately clean when we arrived and the decor is really cute and very comfortable. Highly recommend a stay here!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this little downtown Kona condo! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The condo was exactly as described — spotless, comfortable, beautifully maintained, and in the perfect location for exploring Kona.The hosts truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and felt welcomed throughout our stay. Their communication was excellent, and all the thoughtful touches made such a difference.The condo itself had the perfect island vibe and was the ideal place to relax after our adventures each day. Being so close to downtown made it easy to walk to restaurants, shops, and the waterfront while still feeling peaceful and cozy.We only stayed two days, but we honestly wish we could have stayed longer. The Lanai was amazing eating dinner after hours, the town really came to life and the ambiance was 100%. We would absolutely book here again and highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Kona getaway!

This location was so fabulous - right in the heart of Kona and next to all our favorite places to eat and shop! The condo itself was laid out very nicely and very comfortably. Part of the parking lot is under construction and being downtown means you sometimes hear downtown noise and neighbors, but nothing more than what you would expect with this location. The check in and check out process was straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

The property is really conveniently located right in the heart of Kailua. Restaurants, shops, bars, grocery stores, whatever it is you need, it's right there. It was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our regrettably short stay. The welcome treats were also appreciated! Underground parking was great as it keeps the car out of the hot Hawaiian sun. The only tricky part is finding the entrance to the parking - mapping apps don't always get this right, but it's easy once you know to come down Hanama Pl.

This was the perfect location for Ali Drive during my seven days stay there. I didn’t even rent a car. I was able to walk to everything. I did Uber three times and I did take public transit once it was just the perfect ideal location. The condo was immaculate, and it was my birthday the day of arrival and the host had left a birthday decorations, fresh flowers, cute birthday plates and dishes and wine glasses, which was so very thoughtful. She was very easy to communicate with if we had questions and she even when we couldn’t find a certain item there are these wonderful pineapple Gummies. She left some at our front door I mean, can you believe that it was so so sweet, she also let us leave our luggage out on the lanai as our flight didn’t leave till 630 that evening so we were able to go pick them up around 3:15 before her next guest checked in at 4 o’clock that was just another added bonus to the host in her generosity and understanding She had also left fresh pineapple, which was delicious and mango that was to die for I could go on and on and on about how awesome this condo is.

Host interaction was positive but unfortunately our experience in the condo was not enjoyable. The place was very dirty by our standards. We had to wash all dishes, pots, utensils and silverware before using them. It’s as if the dishwasher didn’t work before but the host said she had just replaced the dishwasher. Who knows!! The location which is not the host’s fault was adjacent to a side street and very noisy at night. If you like to party or are a deep sleeper then it shouldn’t bother you. Having a parking space was nice but it is first come, first serve in finding a spot. Host was very kind and left a lovely card welcoming us with a nice basket of fruit and goodies. Aloha spirit was there but she never did respond to a note we left her about the conditions. Probably won’t be returning. Location is very convenient to stores and restaurants and the shore. Comfortable beds.

During your stay, we spoke by phone on multiple occasions and addressed concerns as they arose, including promptly providing an additional cutting board upon request. The dishwasher is new and fully operational, and the spots mentioned are consistent with mineral residue from local water rather than cleanliness issues. We are always happy to rewash or replace items during a stay when notified. Concerns regarding noise and parking are noted in the listing description, and we appreciate your acknowledgment that these are outside the host’s control. We strive to be responsive and accommodating and regret that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. We wish you the best in your future travels.

This was a great place to stay! We were here for 6 nights and had a really amazing stay. There was onsite parking (which is huge), and it was very easy to find a parking spot.The location is in the middle of all of the Kona buzz, which made it easy for us to walk around when we stayed in town. The Farmer’s Market was less than a 5 minute walk, and Safeway, Walmart, and Target were all quite easy to get to. The owners were very communicative and helped us find the location (Google Maps wasn’t quite sure where to take us). Overall, we would stay here again.
