Just 850 feet from both the beach and the sound, this charming 4-bedroom home offers the perfect OBX getaway! Nestled among majestic live oak trees in one of North Duck’s classic coastal neighborhoods, you’ll enjoy peace, privacy, and easy access to everything the Outer Banks has to offer.

Relax by your private pool (heated option available for $250/week, open mid April–mid October) or take a short 5-minute walk to the beach access. After a day in the sun, unwind with a drink on your wraparound porch as the sun sets through the oaks.

Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout with:
• 4 bedrooms / 2.5 bathrooms – sleeps up to 8
• Spacious living room with flat-screen TV

John was a wonderful host! He answered all of our questions about the property and the area. We found the house clean and spacious. It was great for our family. We had a relaxing first trip to the outer banks!

The host was very quick to reply and checked in with us to see if everything was ok. Super clean with a well stocked kitchen. Easy walk to beach my dogs loved it and did not want to leave! Highly recommend (:

Perfect location and great hosts! Our favorite part of this beach house was the huge screened in wrap around porch. When we weren’t on the beach we were there having coffee and playing games. Excellent hosts! They thoughtfully brought us a large pot so we could have a shrimp boil, really so kind. Look no farther!

Everything was great! The place was clean and organized and ready for our arrival. The beach was a short walk which was key for us. The pool was refreshing and nice between beach trips. The only constructive feedback would be to upgrade the bedding to be more comfortable and supportive and address the ant situation in the cupboards. We managed through it and had a super time overall!

We loved the central location of this property- close to everything inc. beach and sightseeing. Enjoyed the pool immensely & communication with property manager was excellent. Rented a golf cart to go to beach down the road; more of a hike than we expected to carry beach chairs, etc.House inside very clean; outside porches needed more maintenance. Definitely would recommend this property.

Great house and location

We had an awesome stay! The welcome amenity was very thoughtful and delicious. The location is unbeatable. The pool was a nice break from the beach. We also appreciated the modern interior. This house is in my book of favorites.

Everything was perfect; I did not need anything. When I arrived, the home was warm and welcoming with everything ready. I would definitely recommend this for a fantastic vacation. The Two Brothers were very accommodating.

Cute Home, Great Location

We had a nice stay at the house - it was easy access to beach, especially with a golf cart but you could easily walk. The house had some kitchen items there already and host provided a very nice charcuterie box upon arrival, which was very nice after a long drive.

Great property- had everything we needed. Close to downtown Duck, yet far enough away where we weren’t in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Easy access to Corolla and points South. Located on a private street with access to the beach, a quick 5 minute walk. The pool was a great escape when we needed a break from the hot sand. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need!

Great beach house

Hosts were responsive, listing was accurate, place was clean, location was good. Couldn’t have asked for much more other than warmer weather so we could use the pool. It looked nice and clean though. Maybe next time.

Perfect vacation house!

We had a great experience with the house.The host, Two Brothers, was in contact with details before and during our stay. Location is super convenient with a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few mins drive into town. The hosts thought of everything to equip the house for guests, from the kitchen to beach chairs, umbrella, linens, and much more. Everything in the house is in great condition and it made it very easy to just relax and enjoy the area. Everyone in our group loved the house and plans to be back again!!

Fun family beach trip to Duck

Great property for a family beach trip to Duck. Short walk to the beach was easy with small children, and they had plenty of beach supplies (chairs, hand cart, etc.). Kitchen has absolutely everything you need. Upstairs renovation (recent?) was well done. Having the pool was so nice with small children since the surf can be rough at the beach, so can still get plenty of water play in. This house has screened in areas which were great and noticed most other homes do not. Would definitely stay again!

Clean and well stocked with everything you should need.

Very clean home. 4 spacious bedrooms, decent well stocked kitchen, large dining table, and comfy living room. Plenty of tree shade with good size pool. House sits just off Hwy 12 so a bit of a walk if you are dragging a lot to the beach. We chose to load the car and drop off beach supplies. Beach access at the end of a private road, which seemed the norm for the area. The limited access offered us less crowds and familiar faces as the trip progressed.

Great Spot!

We love this charming OBX cottage and the huge screen porch! This house was plenty big for my family of 6 and grandparents too. The kitchen was well equipped and we loved the open living, dining and kitchen. The kids loved the pool and beach was a short walk down the street! Highly recommend!
