Great location very close to the beach and shopping/food options! Loved that they had 2 dedicated parking spots in case the street parking gets full. Great for big families because there are many hang out spots and each room has a TV. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and we would definitely stay again!

The check in / out process was super easy. The location was excellent all within walking distance to beach, food, and to Old West Cinnamon Rolls. The home was really nice, it had enough towels, paper towels and toilet paper for the 12 of us. It was nice they had cooking pans and pots, dishes, knives and silverware to use. It also had a pool table, dice, and some card games (that we didn’t see until check out time). There were 2 things we struggled with were the AC and the discomfort of the sofa bed as we only used one. The AC wouldn’t cool so we were hot at night. I chose not to reach out to the host as we were only there one full day and wanted to enjoy the beach that Saturday. Additionally, the sofa bed was pretty uncomfortable the couple staying on it had two sleepless nights. If we had a smaller group, I’d stay again. But for my family we’ll have to find a bedroom for each couple.

Thank you for the review. Regarding the air conditioning, please note that there is no A/C system in the rental property. Although the thermostats have both heating and cooling settings, the home itself is not equipped with the necessary A/C equipment and that is mentioned in the listing that there is no A/C. It's not common here but it might be soon with all these heat waves/El Nino.

Great renters who communicated well and followed the check in and check out instructions. The unit was in good condition at departure, and we would gladly rent to them again!

Terrific trip to Pismo Beach

Great place within easy walking distance of the beach, trails and restaurants. Comes with off street parking so getting around is easy too. I recommend staying here if traveling with the right size group.

Perfect for what we needed

Great property in a great location. Close to small markets, food, and the beach. Plenty of room (two living rooms was great) and decent layout. Was exactly what we were looking for and we had a great time.

Great location for a family stay

Location is 2.5 blocks to the beach. Lots of space. Great pool table that kept the teens off their devices. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic place

Me and four old friends met for a guys weekend. The place was perfect. Great location, awesome pool table, 2 living rooms, and a nice little balcony. Highly recommended!

Walking distance to the pier and shopping area. It was all close by. The area were it is located was very nice as well. The property management was available when we needed them.

Family holiday stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was perfect for our family’s holiday. Close to the beach, coffee, restaurants and shopping, so we walked everywhere. It was very clean and essentials, like bathroom tissue and trash bags, were well stocked. The kitchen could use more large baking dishes and maybe a crockpot, but otherwise was had everything needed to cook for a large group. Would highly recommend this place and stay again.

Great location fantastic service

We made a late decision to head down to Pismo Beach for a few days, and we loved this home. It is within walking distance to many restaurants and only two blocks to the beach. The home was better than advertised, and the property manager was easy to reach when we checked after hours. Five Stars!

The property was in reasonable condition for the fantastic price. The property is a 4 bedroom 2 bath and fit my family. It definitely fit the description and was comfortable. It was 1.5 blocks to the beach! Check in/out was a breeze. Just know they don't put any instructions in the VRBO app as most rental companies do, so you'll need to fish thought emails to find info from their rental company. This particular unit (A) was facing a very busy one-way street on an incline with a signal at the top of the road next to the property. So all commercial traffic for downtown Pismo, i.e., all delivery trucks resupplying Pismo businesses downtown (early mornings!!) use this route. So be prepared for a lot of trucks and vehicles to stop at the signal (on an incline), then take off uphill, reviving their engines, to use this route, starting at 6a-7a. Sunday was blissful not hearing the traffic. I thought because it said not pets that it was pet free, but the smell told a different story. It said no pets without consent, so my bad. I guess some people gained consent. It smelled like dog. I don't have dogs, so maybe not an issue for most dog lovers. A nice place but beware if you want a quite unit. Cathy

Great Space for Groups

Our group of 9 adults was able to enjoy this space comfortably. The listing is accurate and the property managers are responsive to questions and concerns. The location is hard to beat, being just a few blocks from great Pismo Beach attractions.
