We traveled with our family of 10 including small children and the location was great for access to the beach! The layout also worked well for our group with the five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Unfortunately, the property didn’t come as advertised. I don’t know where all the wonderful reviews are coming from but it was a little rundown and could use some TLC. It wouldn’t take much to clean up the place and add some much-needed kitchen utensils, cookware and glassware. Could also use to replace some linens and towels. The outside was not well maintained nor clean and had debris that had built up. We also had ants in the kitchen and in the bathrooms.

Calvin was wonderful to work with and quick to communicate. Easy check-in process, and he had sent over all the info we needed ahead of time. Nice, safe area with just a minute or two walk to the beach. Spacious, clean house with no odors (important to me!). Convenient to the island restaurants and shops.

Awesome week!
It was a great week. The owner communicates so quickly and we had everything we needed. We had such a nice time and can’t wait to go back. Great location and quick walk to the beach.

Good location!
Everyone enjoyed staying here. The kitchen was small but well equipped for a large group. All of the bedrooms were very spacious. We were very thankful there were two refrigerators. We would recommend this property.

Great spot for a work retreat
We held a work retreat at the house. We also stayed at a friend's condo that was very close, the location was great, it was very clean. I found the kitchen to be plenty big and well stocked with cooking supplies. Excellent communication.

Vacation in Ocean Isle
House was nice. Rooms were spacious but kitchen was lacking in a few items. Upstairs deck was in need of repair. Both sets of stairs were very dirty. When an upstairs bathroom had a drain issue, the problem was addressed in a timely manner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and we would recommend this property with a few changes mentioned above.
