- Private swimming POOL in a large completely gated backyard w/ tables, chairs, loungers, and gas grill make for a wonderful retreat from the sand. Pool can be heated for an additional $100/day during March, April, May, September, October, November months only (minimum outdoor temperature of 50 degrees required)

- Enjoy VIEWS of the Atlantic Ocean and canals from multiple porches with your coffee/cocktail/sippy cup :)

- Two BIKES available for further island exploration, plenty of beach chairs & a beach wagon for easy beach relaxation

- 1-5 min. WALK to fabulous restaurants & bars (Drift Coffee & Kitchen, Coastal Wine Room, 59 Causeway Bagels, Pelican’s Perch, Jinks Creek just to name a few)
