Family trip

The property was very nice. Everything we wanted to do was less than a 20min drive from the property. Everyone had a great time!

Bourbon Buddies

Had a great time on Bourbon Trail. The house was well appointed, however furniture in living room was a bit shabby. Beds were comfy and bathrooms were clean. There had been lots of snow and ice and parking was not good because parking spots were not shoveled and ice and snow build up was too high to park. Shawn never tried to help us out.

NuLu Christmas

Rented house to host some family members for Christmas. Very convenient location, everything was as advertised. Beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great time. Hutton and backyard were great touches There is only one tv in the house though, so plan accordingly.

Everything you need

Stayed for a girls weekend and house was perfect size, kitchen area is great layout, backyard is amazing. Nicely located for shopping and eateries. Host was super responsive.

Louisville stay

Great location for downtown and area. Very nice property. Neighborhood is a little sketchy but no issues. Would stay there again when coming to Louisville

Loving Louisville!

Spent four nights in Louisville in the NuLu area. The house was top notch and the beds were comfortable. The area was great for walking to craft breweries and restaurants. The owner was great to deal with, I highly recommend this place.

Super nice place!

Loved our stay at this house. Super spacious. Rooms were all a great size for our family of 6! Beautiful kitchen stocked with everything you would need. Would go again.

Beautiful, well equipped home

This home felt like the owners took tremendous care and pride in building it. It is well stocked with everything you could need. The backyard is beautiful. We got lucky with parking right in front of house, however there is ample parking across the street as well. Plenty of space and 3 bathrooms! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Girls Get Away

We had an amazing time at the Ultra Modern in NuLu! The location is great to walk to NuLu or Uber to downtown. All of the beds were extremely comfortable, and the kitchen was well stocked. After a day of distillery tours or racing at Churchill downs the hot tub or the fire pit was a great way to end the day. Thanks for a great stay!

Wedding

We were here for our daughter’s wedding, the location was perfect! It was on the same street as the venue so we were able to walk there. The VRBO was very spacious and had lovely features. Only wish there was a TV in bedroom but no other concerns. Would gladly book again and recommend!

Amazing short trip!

My family and I booked this beautiful property for a short 3 day July 4th trip to Louisville. Communication was timely and effective. The property was 100% as advertised and an incredible stay. This property has a great location, great amenities and close to everything you need in NuLu. Do not be concerned with street parking at all, we always had a spot at all times of day and night and it was usually right in front of the house. We will be back again. Thank you!

Funk Fest 2024

My stay was everything. My first time to Louisville and the location was perfect for the concert I attended. Close to restaurants and bars. Host did a excellent job with communication when I reached out. Is definitely use this property again!!

Bourbon, bros, hot tubs

The house was perfect for our needs. Great for bourbon and friends. The hot tub was perfect. The whiskey glasses a nice touch. Even a chemex for fancy coffee (french press would be awesome too). Beds were comfy. Vibe if the backyard was perfect. Only disappointment is we didnt give ourselves time to enjoy the cornhole! We will be back!!!

PGA Week-end

What a great place and awesome location! It’s located in NuLu the hot new spot in Louisville and right around the corner from the Highlands… great restaurants and bars. If you still feel the need to visit downtown it’s only 10 minutes away. The house has everything you need, is well designed and comfortable bedrooms - we’d stay here again in a heartbeat! Shawn (the host) is easily accessible and very responsive. It was the perfect weekend!
