Welcome to The Chestnut, a NuLu area home that includes two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and sleeps up to four people. The home is within walking distance of over 60 restaurants, bars, retail and vintage stores, bourbon distilleries, breweries and entertainment venues in the NuLu Neighborhood. It is also a short distance from Paristown Pointe, Fourth Street Live, Logan Street Market, the Yum! Center, and Downtown Louisville.

We visited Louisville while on our way to the Bourbon Trail with friends. There were four adults staying and the accommodations were perfect for our stay. The home was very comfortable and beautifully decorated.

My family of 4 stayed here for a basketball tournament at the Kentucky Expo. It was a perfect location with just. a short 15 minute drive. The house was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It has plenty of room (bigger than we excepted!) We 100% recommend this location. The owner was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay! Your house is beautiful!

Property was within walking distance to many great restaurants. Exactly what we were looking for to feel more like home. Neighborhood is quiet for the most part except the occasional helicopter in the middle of the night. Host is great with communication.

Host was very responsive. The house was nice, loved the parking in the back since we couldn’t ever find a spot on the street. Would definitely stay here again.

Parking was very good under the awning in the back. The alley could use some clean-up work. The host came over right away when the entry lock wouldn't work correctly. The only major complaint that we had was that there were ants in the kitchen (we left a note for the cleaning crew to spray the kitchen counter where we saw them).

Wonderful! Dreamy, very clean! I’m not the savviest and completely missed the wonderfully informative message the owner sent with everything I needed to know how to get in. The owner was SO quick respond and we got in and the place was wonderful and very cute and every detail was covered including makeup remover wipes which was just what k needed. There’s even a cute bar cart with a cocktail recipe book and cards! And for me the best thing was : A CLAWFOOT TUB!! What? Perfect perfect stay. Thank you!

We had a great stay. This property was MUCH larger inside that it appears on the listing and gave us plenty of room to spread out and have our own space, or spend time together in the kitchen and living room. The covered parking was an added bonus! Would definitely recommend staying here and consider visiting again.

The neighborhood was very quiet and an easy walk to the Nulu area. We enjoyed our stay immensely. The house was lovely and quite comfortable for our family trip.
