This marks our second stay at this property, which speaks for itself. The host demonstrated exceptional communication, and the unit was maintained to an immaculate standard. Furthermore, the kitchen was well-appointed and the location is excellent.

Second time we have stayed here and we love it!! Has everything we need and such a convenient location! Love the balcony and watching the hummingbirds. Hope to come back again as long as we can continue to do the stairs. Highly recommend this place!!

This was the perfect property for our stay in Estes! Amazing location along the Riverwalk, we loved watching the hummingbirds! The condo was spacious and well equipped for our trip. The owners were very responsive with questions ahead of our trip and made us feel right at home. Would definitely stay here again!

This is an exceptionally clean and roomy property. We thoroughly enjoyed being above the river walk and close to shopping and restaurants. Night time was quiet despite being so close. Highly recommend!!

Great location and very spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and listening to the river. Walkable to many shops and restaurants. Easy drive to Rocky Mountain National Park.

The National park was open and it was a short drive to the park entrance. The shopping and restaurants were all walking distance. Great location!

We enjoyed our stay at the downtown riverfront condo. It was much larger than I expected, there was plenty of room for our group of 5 to spread out. It was so nice and relaxing to sit on the patio and listen to the river and watch people stroll by. It was centrally located and we could walk to everything in town. And, there is an awesome coffee shop right below the unit!I would totally stay here again next time we are in Estes!

We really enjoyed our stay in downtown Estes Park. The location was hard to beat, and we loved being able to walk to everything. Our favorite part was heading downstairs every morning for coffee at Kind Coffee. What a great start to each day! Comfortable, convenient, and a wonderful home base for our trip. We would gladly stay again. Easy access to to shops, restaurants and also very near the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park. We love Estes and have been many times over the years and this is one of the best places we have stayed! Definitely recommend!
