Location was great! This was the perfect cozy cabin for a small family. Turkey, deer and elk were in the yard daily. Easy to find and conveniently close to town. We would definitely book again!

Location is good for RMNP. Cabin better suited for one couple and maybe a couple kids. Jack and Jill bathroom awkward for two couples. Queen bed good but trundle bed not ideal for second couple. Kitchen outfitted well.

Lovely cabin with everything as advertised. The host was responsive and easy with questions and requests. The cabin is absolutely lovely - we kept most of the windows open day and night (we were there in August), and it was a real treat.

This was a very clean place very close to Rocky Mountain national Park. We even got a surprise by a bear that one thing to do there is no air-conditioning in this place however it was unneeded. There are other cabins and people around you so don’t think that this cabin is kinda smoked away in this beautiful area where you’re looking directly at a mountain, but it did serve its purpose.

The cabin was tidy, and in a great location. Well stocked with things you might need. The beds were very comfortable, the couch was ok. Plenty of fans to keep the place cool. We tried to communicate with the management company thru vrbo.com, and never heard anything back. I called instead, and they were very helpful.

Cabin hasn't had many updates since it was built in the 1950's. Floors are very worn. Bathroom didn't have a exhaust fan so the funky smell it had couldn't be taken out. Plus the duel shower curtains that stuck to your body was gross. Little things like a broken handle on the rocker, holes in the bath towels, dog chewed night light, nasty remote control, thermostat cover that's missing so you have no idea what the temp was. FYI - there isn't any AC, washer & dryer or dishwasher. We didn't notice this when we booked it. Doesn't have satellite/cable as advertised, only streaming channels that come with every smart TV. On the plus side is was a quiet location. Had 2 dozen elk bed down in the backyard, a few deer and turkeys also walked through. For the price we paid per night, I don't feel it was a good value.

This is the coziest little cabin. Do not hesitate to book it. Wonderful location. Super quiet. Super dark. Big yard. Lots of critters coming through.

The property manager got back to us immediately when we had trouble locking the door- it was fixed immediately. We enjoyed the cabin feel and the quiet space between buildings. We’re already planning our next visit!

The heat was set at 80 degrees and the windows didn’t open so it was very hot when I checked in. I couldn’t get to a temperature at night that was easy to sleep.

Fun trip

A few days of fishing and sightseeing with my grandson. We had a great time. Caught a few fish and enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for us. Great location and plenty of room.

Clean, quick access to estes and RMNP. awesome restaurants nearby as well as liquor stores. Wished we could have stayed longer.

Small, quiet, short driving distance to all the attractions. Brought back many memories of a family cabin from out past. Well stocked and management company very responsive.

Long weekend stay

Our stay at the cabin was good. Had one small issue, but was taken care of the next morning. It was nice sleeping with the windows open. Nice neighborhood. Everything we needed was in the cabin. Thanks.
