Come stay at Seaside's Finest, One block to the beach!

** For the safety of our guests and cleaner, we have adopted expanded cleaning and sanitizing practices for our home. We constantly monitor the guidance from the American Hotel and Lodging Association ("Safe Stay" standards), the CDC and Oregon Health Authority.

Unfortunately, part of our response includes the removal of unnecessary surface areas that are too cumbersome to clean. This includes books and toys. Even though the CDC has softened their stance on transmission through surface contact, we have accepted that these pose an unnecessary risk.

This beautiful, clean and well kept home is just one block from the beach and the Necanicum estuary. At 2600 sq ft, this house has plenty of room for your family and friends and provides all the extras that will help you enjoy your vacation to the Oregon Coast. Guests enjoy the location as it is within walking distance to all Seaside has to offer, but far enough away to still enjoy some peace and quiet. Located on the quiet North end of Seaside, this home is just blocks from the Promenade, shops, restaurants and activities. The 12th Street Bridge, a local recreation spot for crabbing, fishing, local park and playground, is just a short walk away.

The house has five bedrooms and comfortably sleeps twelve. Sleeping accommodations include three bedrooms with queen beds, a 'kids' room with 4 twins and a spacious master suite with a king bed. One of the queen rooms is located on ground level which is helpful for any guests that cannot climb stairs. The home is well stocked and very kid friendly coming with movies, bikes, and sand toys. For those with infants, the home also comes with a highchair, a pack-n-play, and a baby-swing available so just less to pack and worry about during your getaway. This home is located on a quiet dead end road so parents can comfortably let kids out to play and ride bikes. A large three car garage coupled with three off-street parking spaces and a separate space for an RV or a boat provides more than enough space for reuniting families and friends.

The gourmet kitchen has all stainless steel appliances including a six burner gas cook range and everything that you will need to make your stay as comfortable as your own home. Come enjoy this vacation home and all the Northern Oregon Coast has to offer!

Absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms and having three full bathrooms for the eight adults was great. Walk to the promenade and shops on Broadway was not to far. Looking forward to staying there again.

The house is well laid out for a large family. It is walkable to the ocean, river, and downtown Seaside. The kitchen was well-equipped. We had stayed here several years ago and were happy to see that it was available this summer. It did not disappoint.

Perfect walkable location to Seaside

So much fun in the home! Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed. Appliances are top notch. Rooms and beds comfy. Great space upstairs for preschooler can play.

Beautiful

The location is fantastic and the house is great for our friends group. This was the second year we stayed here for our reunion/retreat and it was nice to be able to walk into town or take a quick drive to Cannon.

Perfect for a large family

This beach house is amazing. The kitchen was incredible with everything you would ever need provided for you. With five bedrooms there’s plenty of space for a large family and everything is decorated beautifully and very well kept up. It is a quick easy walk to the beach ,which is great when you have little ones. . There is lots of parking. We hope to rent this home again in the future as it is now our new family favorite.

Great place for a big group

We had 10 people (4 adults and 6 elementary school aged kids). The property fit us all great. It had everything we needed for sleeping, showering, chilling out, and eating a few simple meals in the house. I would definitely recommend this for any groups coming to Seaside.

Home was lovely, location and KITCHEN were fantastic.

We did have a couple of larger plumbing issues on the first day of our stay, but the host was quick to respond and send plumber. Host was available and friendly. For larger groups, bring extra TP and towels. Only one bath towel provided per guest for the stay and limited TP. House was clean, airy and beds were very comfortable.

Mother’s Day at Seaside

This unit was exactly as described, or better. I have never said that before, so let that give you an idea of how well they have described this property. We had 12 occupants sleep in the home and nobody had to use a hideaway bed in a couch. That’s kind of a big deal. Others very strong pros: EXCELLENTLY outfitted kitchen and laundry for large families Proximity to the dunes. It is a very long walk to the shoreline but there is no hurry, you’re relaxing - remember! Terrific dining table for eating or playing games, we did both. Easy checkout requirements, nothing outlandish. Con: Only one, folks. The bed in the downstairs bedroom has had its day, but it is very clean. If somebody older is going to using this room bring a bed topper. I have never left a review like this, even though we use private vacation rentals for approximately 40 nights a year. I can’t imagine why you would consider a different home.

Not as advertised and not a great location.

House was clean and spacious, but had many other issues. We would have rented a different house had I known. Owners would NOT reimburse any part of rental fees when notified of the following inconveniences. The "all new stainless steel appliances" are definitely not new. The ice maker in the freezer doesn't work and has a label asking for it not to be turned on, so the owners are aware. The refrigerator was freezing and ruining food on the bottom half even when set to temperatures above 40 degrees. Most of the igniters on the gas stove top do not function. The oven door won't stay closed all of the way and the oven fan makes a very loud vibration sound when in use. It's time for new appliances. Internet was unusable for work or for personal devices. Could not sustain conference calls and even browsing was spotty at best. We had to utilize hot spots on our phone to accomplish anything. The soaker tub shown in the listing is basically unusable unless you like taking a half of a bath. The water heater runs out of water before it can be properly filled. Shower intervals also had to be managed. Plain and simple, it's just undersized for a house of this size. One of the garage door openers would only open partially and had to be manually disconnected to open or close. This became a nuisance when the garage was required for parking. The garage door remote only worked for one door. Lastly would be the location, we thought it was great initially due to it being close to the dead end road, but you get a lot of public traffic using the beach access areas at the end of the road. Generally speaking, a lot of them weren't the types of people you enjoy having around and would constantly leave trash behind. The house is also in close proximity to the Seaside sewage treatment plant, less than a block away and when the wind is blowing that direction, you know it!

Place was clean and on a quiet street, had plenty of room and amenities for us. Owner was very communicative which was really nice. A good note is that it’s not totally childproofed if you have really young kids. Worked well for our group, but could be something to consider for other families.

Absolutely wonderful!!!

We had a group of 11 gals, mixed ages from 6 on up. Everything was wonderful! That master bath is HUGE! The house had everything we needed. No worries about parking, plenty of room for all. Quick and easy drive to the center of seaside for shopping and dining. This house has great access to the beach for your morning stroll and watching the evening sunset. Wonderful accommodations!

Very well equipped

We stayed for thanksgiving and found the house to be very well supplied. We brought things you wouldn’t normally find in a rental but most was there.

Our Seaside Stay

We really appreciated the accommodations. It was perfect for the 9 adults and two kids. Large kitchen and family room made it possible for us to eat meals together and hang out. The master bed and bath were luxurious. Thanks!

This home was purchased so we could have more opportunities to have time together before the kids escaped the nest. We fell in love with this house as we can entertain large groups but also take quick trips with just the four of us. We love the PNW and this home allows us to take the time needed to explore the lesser known capes and beach hideaways across the north coast.

We have been reuniting with our family and friends in the Northern Coast for several years and this house was much nicer than anything that we had rented in the past. We were looking for a property that was updated and comfortable, and this home had everything we needed and more. We decided we wanted something our family could enjoy often, whether it was just the four of us or if we were bringing friends and extended family. The secluded elements of this home are great; we love the quiet side of Seaside since we are still just a short walk to everything else the town has to offer. We love the accessibility Oregon's Northern coast provides from our Portland area primary home.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Being at the north end of town feels like your own private beach. Even on busy weekends like the 4th of July and Hood to Coast, we can enjoy seclusion on this quiet side of town. We often enjoy taking morning walks, bike rides with the kids and taking in the day however the mood strikes us. When they were young, our children loved playing in the dunes and near the banks of the estuary. Now they love escaping their parents with their friends and heading to Broadway and the Prom.

The house is a two minute drive from Gearhart, a quaint little coastal town. It is only 10 minutes away from Cannon Beach, which we love to visit as well. There is a quick escape to get to Warrenton (8 miles) for loading up on essentials at Fred Meyer, Costco or Home Depot. Our guests from different States are always surprised how close you are to everything you need for your stay and there is really no need to pack it.
