Your private oasis features a heated pool, a poolside cabana with a TV and cozy seating, a pool table in the garage, and mini-golf. Whether you're relaxing by the pool, exploring local attractions, or enjoying the home’s unbeatable location, this Jax Beach retreat is the ideal choice for your stay.
- Private pool ***Pool heating is available at $65/day, and must be requested 72 hours in advance. Please note, the pool will heat up to 20°F above the outside temperature and will not function if the outside temperature is below 60°F
- Property is self check-in
- 3 bedrooms + sofa (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins, Sofa in Living Room)
- 2 full bathrooms (Primary has soaking tub)
- Pool side cabana with comfy seating and a TV

- Primary renter must be 25+ and present for the duration of stay
- Check-in 4 PM / Check-out 10 AM
- All guests must be registered, unapproved visitors or extra guests may result in eviction and loss of rent
