We came down to work and the space was great for the adult men to relax and sleep after long days of work. The tvs were easy to use and navigate. The bedrooms were all very nice and clean. The ducks were great and fun.

Gross ducks

The neighborhood was run down and the ducks were gross… poop was everywhere and they were aggressive when I went outside.

Perfect! Here’s your review formatted cleanly for Vrbo so it’s easy to read and professional:⸻Rating: Review:The stay had some positives, like the lovely lake view and the ducks we enjoyed seeing each day. However, the unit could have used a deeper cleaning, and there was a noticeable musty odor that affected comfort. Communication with the rental company was sometimes difficult, and the thermostat being controlled externally made it hard to adjust the temperature. There was also an additional charge that wasn’t clearly explained upfront. With improvements in cleanliness, communication, and transparency, this could be a much better.

Lovely home away from home!

We had the most positive and memorable experience during our long summer stay! The house is very charming and the backyard was full of discoveries for our young kids (fish, ducks, frogs, lizards, turtles, etc.) Beds are very comfy and house is stocked with everything you need to live comfortably. Neighborhood is quiet and location is excellent. It was a very easy 15 minute drive to explore good restaurants, downtown, the aquarium, the Riverwalk and parks along the Hillsborough river. The zoo is 5 minutes away. Beautiful beaches are 30-40 minutes away. Orlando is an easy drive to make too! Alex is an excellent host and a great communicator. What a treasure and we hope to come back some day!

In the listing, the owner never said that this property was shared with another renter. The code to access both units is the same code as the unit being rented. So the other tenant had access to your door code. The back yard was in disrepair with cigarette butts in the fire pit. The kitchen was very dated with a broken range top. I messaged the owner about the other tenant having access and that I was not going to put my family at risk of staying there. We asked for a refund with no response. DO NOT STAY HERE!

Thank you for your feedback. The shared nature of the property is clearly disclosed in the listing. Each unit has a separate entrance and its own unique access code, and only the registered guest has access to their unit. Spacious well equipped place in Tampa

Three of us travelled to Tampa for baseball spring training. The location was good close to the airport and about 50 minutes to TD ballpark in Dunedin. The kitchen was well equipped and three bedrooms with 2.5 bathrooms worked well. It is an older place, kind of eclectic but was clean. The best part was the backyard which is on a small lake with a deck and a dock. You share the deck/backyard with the studio unit half of the place. That worked well for us as their was a pleasant couple in the other unit during our stay. There are some restaurants, drug stores, bakery, liquor stores and grocery stores a short walk away. There was not much to walk to in the immediate area, but it was easy to drive around. Communication with the owner was good, we had a plumbing issue that was promptly addressed while we were out. Overall this was a good value for the three of us to enjoy some Blue Jays spring training games and a Tampa Bay lightning game, and of course the su shine. And yes, lots of ducks and other birds are around
