Welcome to this newly renovated, 2 bedroom / 1 bath cottage in the heart of Brevard! Walk, Bike and Explore Galore! This lovely cottage is centrally located and within walking distance to all that Brevard has to offer. Brevard City Bike Path will lead you to the nearby Lumberyard District for dining, breweries, shopping and live music (10-minute walk) or downtown to the charming City of Brevard, with numerous shopping and dining options (less than 20-minute walk). Close to Brevard College, too!

Spend the day hiking to waterfalls in Dupont State Forest (less than 20 minute drive) or exploring Asheville and the Biltmore Estate (less than 45 minute drive).

Come back after your adventures and enjoy this cozy, well-appointed cottage with its large yard, nice trees, and excellent location.

- Local restaurants, breweries and Wine Down Brevard.
- Walking to Morning Social for coffee and a locally sourced, scratch breakfast.
- Walking to Noblebräu Brewing at 185 King St. and catching some live music.

You will also find the Ingles grocery store and Starbucks Coffee conveniently located 3 minutes away by car or about an 8 minute walk!

Also, there are two bike stands for indoor bike storage. The stands hold 20 mm road tires up to 2.25 in. wide and mountain bike tire sizes 20–29 in.

Note that this property has an active security camera located outside at the front entrance of the house which monitors the front porch, front walkways and the driveway and road access. The camera records both video and audio.

Weekend Getaway

Great property and proximity to things and surrounding cities. My wife and i stayed for a long weekend and had a great time exploring Brevard. Definitely a good property to check out if staying in Brevard.

Perfect cozy house

We enjoyed our weekend stay here.. house is very clean with all you need. Cozy and comfortable for our family of 4. Easy check in and great location of downtown Brevard. We definitely will book again in future!

Brevard Bike and Hike retreat

The Brevard Bike and Hike retreat is a wonderful property. It is very comfortable and clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The location is very close to downtown Brevard and easy access to the surrounding parks and forests. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely Place!

My daughter and I could not have been more pleased with our accommodations! The decor was beautiful and relaxing, beds were comfy, and everything we might have needed was supplied. The proximity to downtown Brevard was convenient. One of the nicest VRBO rentals we have encountered!

A great location for all things in Brevard, NC. Home was spotless and is close to all things in Brevard. Walking distance (about a mile to downtown Brevard) and were able to attend the annual White Squirel Festival. Highly recommend this rental.

Great Little House

My family of 4 had a great stay at this property. The house is small, but completely renovated and very clean. We enjoyed exploring the Pisgah National Forest and other area close to Brevard. The location isn't really walkable to much downtown, but short drive to everything.

Brevard for a few days

We spent three nights at the Brevard Bike and Hike Retreat. It was the perfect location to access hiking and climbing in the Pisgah National Forest and restaurants and shops in Brevard. We had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and it was nicely decorated.

A nicely and tastefully newly remodeled interior. Attention to detail and thoughtfully furnished sums up this home. We have stayed at many VRBO's and AirB&B"s and this one is among the best. We would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, spacious and pretty place in town.

A great place that makes you feel relaxed and comfortable in a perfect location. We were really happy we chose this place. We enjoy coming to Brevard, but staying in a place like this is a lot more enjoyable. Kudos to the design; comfortable, spacious, pretty, and simplistic. We are looking forward to coming back.

Excellent stay in the Brevard / Pisgah area

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The house is very cute and has a charming vibe to it. It was very clean when we arrived. The proximity to downtown Brevard and Pisgah National Forest is ideal. We are bookmarking this spot for another visit. 5/5 stars

I am from Fishers, Indiana, and Brevard is my second home. I love mountain biking and hiking in Pisgah National Forest and DuPont State Forest and fly fishing in the local rivers and streams. I also love visiting all of the local breweries and restaurants.

Por qué eligió esta propiedad

Location, location, location! I bought this property for three primary reasons: 1) great location, walkable to the Lumberyard District and downtown, 2) super close to the Brevard City Bike Path, 3) perfect set up for two couples or a family of four. Being able to ride the the trailheads in Pisgah National Forest or Bracken Preserve is amazing, too! I renovated this property in 2022 and made into a place I can call my second home.
