Immaculate lower level private retreat, just a few miles from Downtown Brevard! Your own deck overlooking the wooded property with comfortable seating and outdoor gas grill!! Lots of windows. Spacious bedroom with King Size bed, 58” smart TV. Large living room has comfortable seating area with leather couch (which doubles as a queen sized hidabed), Gas Fireplace, and smart TV. Full kitchen with everything you need. Eating area at breakfast bar with stools for 3. Bathroom with step-up tub and shower. Private drive/parking area. Don't stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have your own big, comfortable home away from home! Pet friendly. Wifi. Located in a quiet neighborhood just outside the city. Includes full sized appliances and full sized washer/dryer.

It was a peaceful and quiet stay in this wonderful retreat. We loved the deck overlooking the wooded area. So relaxing to have coffee in the morning.So close to downtown Brevard but felt miles away. We will absolutely return. Lovely plants around the front entrance. It was a treat to see deer roaming.

This was one of the best properties we have stayed at. At first we were reluctant to book it because it was the lower level of a house. But it was totally private with walk out decks in beautiful nature surroundings. Hosts provided substantial amenities for our stay. The property is in a great location very close to downtown .

A darling apartment that made me feel like I was living among the trees. Perfectly appointed. Everything we needed for a short trip to Brevard to enjoy the music center.

This was a wonderful vacation rental! It was very clean and comfy and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved sitting on our covered deck and watching three deer that roam the property. Beautiful! And we enjoyed the little fairy garden next to the parking place. This property is a shady little slice of paradise and we highly recommend it!

Convenient to Downtown Brevard

This was perfect for our visit to Brevard. It was very clean, comfortable, and close to downtown and local waterfalls. Lots of nice touches by the owners to make the stay comfortable and welcoming.

Great place to stay in Brevard!

Very cozy and convenient location to access Brevard and the Pisgah. It was one of the best outfitted vacation rentals that I have stayed in. The kitchen knives were even sharp. The roomba entertained the kids while cleaning. Would definitely stay there again.

The perfect one bedroom apartment. Extremely clean and well stocked with soaps, shampoo, and all the kitchen items we needed to cook a great meal. Lovely patio with a screen door to enjoy the fresh air. The animal love was appreciated!

Good value

Nicely finished basement apartment, but didn't feel like a basement. Gas grill was convenient for eating in. Easy in and out, close to Brevard, DuPont, Connestee.
