Perfect Location

Located walking distance from downtown. Clean, Comfortable and Convenient to everything Brevard has to offer. We've stayed here several times and hope to return soon.

Peaceful "Perfection"

My new favorite Brevard stay place. Impeccable landscaping, pristine interior, white squirrels, calming chimes, thoughtful treats, and amenities.

Perfect Getaway

We absolutely loved our stay. It was in the perfection location to be able to walk places. It was clean and just the right amount of space to be comfortable. We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay

The property was very clean and we had muffins and bananas waiting for us also coffee. It was better than described. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great short get away

The property was as advertised and within walking distance to downtown and restaurants. The unit was clean and very quiet. Great jumping-off spot for the area's activities. Highly recommend.

Cozy apartment in great location

We loved our stay here! The apartment was cozy and clean and well equipped and even larger In person, plus it’s within walking distance to town. Very friendly owners! We loved Brevard and it’s wonderful shops and proximity to great hiking. Will definitely be back!

So glad we found Studio 84!

Studio 84 is a wonderful place to stay! The accommodations are lovely. Short walk to downtown Brevard. Robert and Jane are warm and friendly. We look forward to staying there again. Can't say enough good things about this property!

Great location and spacious

Great location, spacious studio. Nice little extras like coffee and the owners left us bananas and muffins. We were coming in late and they left some of the inside lights on for us which was nice. Nice towels, linens and comfy beds.

Great Stay! SUPER clean!

The description and photos accurately represent this great studio. We would stay hear again! Our favorite parts of this stay: —SO CLEAN! —super quiet location —walk to downtown —Comfy furniture and high thread count linens/ towels —We enjoyed the nearby public community park and pool (open during summer only).

Very generous & efficient use of space. Excellent location.

This is a lovely complete apartment, not just a room. It has made our stay extremely pleasant. Love the neighborhood & quant park at the end of the road. Owner has thought of & provided everything you need for a pleasant stay.

Lovely studio apartment on ground level

The accommodation is close to town; within walking distance of local shops, cafes and surrounding the home and neighborhood is beautifully landscaped. Kitchen is equipped with microwave, coffeemaker, fridge; no stove and tv, cell reception is good. Bath supplies are generous and beds very comfortable.

Couple getaway!

This place was amazing. It’s one of the best places we have rented. It has everything you needed and more. It is in a really great area. There is a pool right down the street that was either 4.00 or 6.00 per person and also a park right there. The outdoor table and chairs is in a great location with all shade. The owners yard and property looked amazing! I highly recommend this place for a couple getaway or even bringing your kids.

Perfect Place

This place was perfect for our visit to Brevard! Great accommodations. It was walking distance to town. There were special touches the property owner left for us that really was welcoming for our stay. Muffins and crackers, great linens. Plenty of books to read. It was so great. Traveled to hike and explore the area with 2 dear friends. It was a sweet town with lots of charm. Thank you for a great experience!

Convenient and nice neighborhood

Everything was great except for the loud dehumidifier that had to stay on the entire time. That should probably be included in the listing.

Great studio in beautiful Brevard!

We enjoyed our weekend stay at this studio. It was convenient to downtown Brevard - walkable to the shops and restaurants. Dedicated parking, in a nice neighborhood. The studio was well-appointed and had everything we needed and appreciate - nice linens, a comfortable bed, Keurig coffee maker, nice bath, adequate HVAC, plenty of room for two, helpful information about the local area. Check in/out was easy, the owner was responsive, and it was squeaky clean. We try to get to Brevard one weekend a year to enjoy the music festival, and will definitely book here again!

Athletes getaway

The location couldn’t have been better for this place!!! We were able to do long road rides from the back door, hose all of our gear off and let our sweaty stuff dry on the patio!!😂 The apt was perfect for all of our needs, well appointed and stocked! A great touch to have bananas and muffins awaiting our arrival which we devoured after a two hour run! Brevard is a place we plan on calling home in a few years and the apt definitely lended a hand in helping make that decision. Now if we could only buy the whole house...
