This day went pretty good the only complaint I have is how loud you can hear your neighbors above most nights we couldn't even go to sleep until 2:00 3:00 in the morning because the neighbors upstairs was stomping around

Perfect place for us!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took my daughter's family with me to Destin and we stayed at St. Martin's Beachwalk Villias 122. It was the perfect place for us. We loved having 3 bedrooms and my granddaughter had plenty of room to play even with a playpen in the room. Very nicely located. Walk to beach was short and easy, even with a 9 month old. Pool was great for my family also. Highly recommended!

Dissatisfied this year around

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All beds were very hard range didn’t work so they had some little microwave on counter that would barley fit any thing in it refrigerator would not keep on could get maybe 1-2 cups of ice at a time beds were EXTREMELY hard was not comfortable at all we have stayed at st martins Beachwalk villas for 3 years and this year wasn’t what we were used to laundry machines were very outdated and had to go threw several cycles to dry cloths just seemed for the price we paid owners don’t put much back into the condo also the pictures in the listing must be old furniture didn’t match the pictures (no biggie) but everything else has us torn of not returning to same location next year and our family rents 2 from there every year but probably not anymore

It was spacious and fit 5 adults very nicely. There was room for 8. The place came with everything you needed for a weeks vacation

Great location and a pretty nice condo.

Overall a decent stay, but the property maintenance is lacking. Not huge things, but annoying nonetheless. For the high "cleaning fee" or whatever "host fee" means I would expect the place to be absolutely spotless if we're paying that kind of money. Access to the beach was great, but I would suggest stocking the house with a beach wagon at a minimum and maybe a few chairs. Microwave door didn't close properly. It was improperly installed (over tightened bolts holding it in distorted the top) and my main worry was that it may leak the radiation. I walked away while it was running. Toilet roll holder was jacked up. Bed was squeaky/noisy. Wouldn't matter too much, but the house has paper thin walls. Other than that it's a nice place, but needs more TLC.

Dirty and very loud

The unit was dirty. Hair all over the floors and sink. Had to check in after five. Had to contact someone to get a code. Stomping above us all night. You could hear everything and everyone. And that easy access to the beach is a joke.

First Stay in Destin

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time in Destin so it was an absolute learning curve. Management was very helpful and answered questions. The place was located close to the beach with easy beach access. The place was decently cleaned, ONLY if you don’t have OCD. I was also disappointed with the fact that I paid a decent price to stay at this condo and on top of that fee, I had to pay for parking in the condo lot and that detail wasn't disclosed until the day before my trip. Other than that the place served its purpose.

Destin Home Sweet Home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall stay was great. Nice and clean as pictured. Management was helpful by text and phone. Initially I was given the wrong code for entry. After calling a nice voice assisted me & by text she sent the correct code and stayed on the line to be sure entry. Good location if you’re heading east or west Destin. The Pancakery & Destin Cafe is nearby for breakfast. Winn Dixie for groceries and a gift shop you can walk to if you run out out of sunscreen or need some beach essentials. The beach is walking distance. I went early morning and purchased the beach setup for $115 cash? For 3days. It’s $40 per day but for 3 days $-5. They put a tag with your name on it daily. Kitchen essentials are all there just missing a pizza tray. I brought my own beach towels but there was complimentary ones provided. The paper towels, toilet paper and extra trash bags were enough for the 5 days I was there. 4 adults 1 Teen. Overall 5 out of 5. Thank you!!

Convenient and comfortable beach condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was extremely convenient near both the main road and a private, gated beach. Many destinations were walkable. The kitchen had all the required essentials, and the layout was perfect for our group of 6. Would stay again!

Great location, beautiful place!

This is perfect location for families that want to be walking distance to beach and water park and just a short drive to other attractions. We truly loved our stay.
