Good place to stay

Place had everything that was needed for a short stay, and was within good driving distance to all we wanted to see and do in and around Charleston.

Hi Arun, maybe this is a language barrier thing but we are pretty clear that this is a 1 bedroom, that does not have a pool. The AC worked just fine, the only real problem is you didn't like the condition of the pots and there was an issue with an air mattress which we resolved immediately. You also got a full refund because we didn't want to battle with you, and you still left a lie filled bad review. I think this says more about you than us

Good Overall Stay

Very clean spot. Communication with owner was great. The place is definitely been smoked in prior to our visit.

HI Samuel, thank you for the 5 star review. Yes, after hosting a couple thousand guests this house has by now been smoked in. However, most guests don't report any kind of smell, and if there is an issue, you are always welcome to reach out and we can perform an ozone treatment which would remove any residual smell.

Review

Wonderful location and not far from downtown and other attractions. Apartment is clean and organized. The host is very responsive and is willing to help with anything needed. Will definitely stay here again when I am in the area.

Pretty snazzy

It was a nice place and a lot bigger than expected. Only downside is no microwave:(

Nice place

Extremely well stocked. I've never seen so many useful items in a BNB, especially kitchen. 3 ways to make coffee. Easy drive to downtown.

Cozy comfort

This one bed room apartment is a wonderful cozy stay. The unit was clean and is great for a couple. The kitchen is well furnished if you want to eat in. The location is great. We were able to get downtown in about 20 minutes and there are several restaurants close by. Our host was very helpful troubleshooting a few minor issues and the checkin process was easy. Definitely recommend if you want to visit Charleston.

Amazing Stay and Host

This host was very gracious, and worked with my crazy schedule! I am a musician, and sometimes my schedule in booking process is very unpredictable, but he was extremely communicative, and the place was exactly as it was describing, even better. Everything was clean, everything I needed was there plus extra. Thanks so much! Stay here!!

Nice enough place. There are cleaning fees so don’t believe the listing title. I cannot get a receipt for my stay from the host or vrbo… this was a business trip and it is a terrible that this is such a pain. I’ll just get a hotel next time I guess.

Hi Corbin, we as hosts cannot generate receipts for you because we do not handle payments VRBO does. We explained all of this numerous times to you but you did not understand and I assume you never bothered to contact VRBO support. I definitely think you should not stay in other people's properties if this is how you treat others when you are in the wrong.

Cozy home and easy process

First, the home owner is great. If you've had bad experiences with overly complicated check-in/check out processes or overbearing hosts, this will be a refresher. The owner was communicative and the entire process was a breeze. The home is cozy and clean. The neighborhood is in an older part of the city, but an easy drive to busier parts with plenty of shops and restaurants close. Every now and then you'll hear a plane fly over but it only happened a few times during our entire stay. Overall very quiet area.Loved the stay!

Mary you are so nice, thank you! We try to make check in safe and easy and check out a pleasant experience. I personally do not like when hosts ask for guests to do a million chores so we don't ask guests for that kind of thing. Anyways, thanks for seeing us :)

Beautiful setup

The home is in North Charleston which can be labeled as being “sketchy”. However, I went on walks multiple times around the neighborhood and it seems very peaceful with a lot of families. There’s a side yard and backyard available (you have to open a gate not directly connected to the house). The room is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is stocked with all cooking needs. The owner is an effective communicator as well.
