I had an enjoyable stay here. The property is lovely and the neighborhood quiet. The location is within a reasonable driving distance to most of the popular sites and surrounding areas. The host was accommodating and communicated in a timely manner when needed. I definitely recommend this property.

This little cabin is so adorable! It IS technically in the property owner’s back yard, but don’t worry, you would never know it wasn’t a stand alone. Close to everything in Park Circle and a 30 minute drive to local beaches. If you’re bringing kids, don’t miss the park! Even my teenager asked to go back. The host is very nice and communicative, the place was spotless and we really enjoyed our stay!

Michele is a fantastic host and made sure I had everything I needed for a long term stay. The apartment is spotless and has everything you could possibly need. The space is perfect for a solo traveler, but also plenty of room for a guest to sleep in the living room as well. The location is conveniently located near the interstate and airport so it is easy to get where you need to be in the area. The neighborhood was not the best but I always felt safe and felt as if Michele was looking out for me. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay to visit or work in the area.

I have ALWAYS used VRBO for my out of town accommodations. The property description has always been 100% accurate in the description. This was the first property that was not and a total waste of my money.The hostess appeared to be nice however the neighborhood did not appear to be safe or in the best condition. Immediately driving through the neighborhood to get to the house and turning in the driveway to the shed, which was directly behind the house we felt extremely unsafe. The inside of the shed is exactly like the pictures. The outside was very DECEIVING and nothing like the inside. After checking on the internet our feelings were confirmed that this was NOT the safest part of town.We were so disappointed that we unknowingly paid for this accommodation considering it was our anniversary weekend. We immediately got on the internet and found safer accommodations for our anniversary weekend. This was not fair to us to pay for additional accommodations.I encourage the host to be honest and show not only the inside but also the outside surroundings. This will allow people who are not familiar with the area to make a good conscious decision.

The cottage is a private, standalone unit located behind the main home, as described. The home is situated in a quiet residential North Charleston neighborhood with young families and retirees, and many guests have had comfortable stays. We understand you chose alternate accommodations and did not stay at the property. We would have welcomed the opportunity to address any concerns had you reached out. Michelle's place is very cozy and provides all of the amenities. The house was very clean and the bed and futon were comfortable. I did not feel unsafe in the least!
