Cute apartment with very convenient location on James Island only 4 miles to Downtown Charleston and 6 miles from Folly Beach. Nice features such as high ceilings, crown molding, Rinnai gas hot water heater and hardwood floors. The galley kitchen has granite countertops and new stainless appliances. Also included is a stacked front-loader washer & dryer.

Great little place

This little home was perfect for our three day stay in Charleston! We saw Folly beach and the naval museum and downtown Charleston!

Great rental in the perfect spot between the beach and downtown. Quiet, comfortable, and clean. It came stocked with essentials and I really didn’t need to bring anything.

Clean, cool, and relaxing. Location is fantastic. We are in walking distance to a grocery store and a BBQ joint that was amazing! The host was easy to communicate with and thoughtful. Thanks for a lovely place to stay.

This property had everything we needed and the location was close to all the best that the Charleston has to offer! The property manager was so responsive and easy to get in touch with! Would stay here again!

Great place with attention to detail

My sister and I stayed here on our visit to historic Charleston. The VRBO is really cute and comfortable. We loved staying here and the trip downtown was very easy and quick. Kit communicated with us very well and we would love to stay here again.

Easy to Love!

Perfect size for a single or a couple. Great location on James Island, easy drive to Folly Beach or downtown Charleston. Kudos to Kit, our host--we love staying here!

Beach trip

Didn't make it to the beach often because of weather, but the location ended up being fantastic! Very close to coffee, good restaurants, and grocery stores. Quick drive into Charleston. Would definitely consider staying again!!

Beautiful House - Convenient Location

Flew into Charleston for the first time and visited the Charleston, Pawleys Island, Murrells Inlet, and Hilton Head area. Location of the property was right it needed to be for less than a two hours.

30th anniversary weekend

From moment we arrived we knew this was place for us to spend our anniversary. It was as described clean bed was comfortable to the table and chairs outside just a perfect place to sit and enjoy. Check in process was great and room was ready when we arrived

Great Getaway

This little apartment was perfect for out getaway. There are a couple of restaurants within walking distance, but it is a nice quiet area. The apartment itself was clean and well stocked. It was a relaxing vacation.

Just the right size

I gifted my parents a few nights here. They loved their experience. The property manager was very responsive to questions. It was the perfect size for two people and in a great location!

Perfect location

My daughter and I stayed for her 13th birthday trip. This house was located halfway between Folly beach and downtown. It made for easy drives to shopping or our beach days. It was a very safe area and quiet at night. The nearby grocery stores and restaurants provided quick access to what we needed.

Loved the Lil House

Tiny but quite charming. Perfect for 1 or 2 guests. I would go back. Host Kim was quick to respond to questions. All the aneniries were available. It was in a good location.

Centrally Located

My husband and I enjoyed our 6 night stay on James Island. Kit had the place well stocked with everything we needed, and she was very communicative and concerned that all was well with our stay. We were pleasantly surprised how close we were to everything, especially downtown Charleston. So we went there often. The place was a cozy, comfortable home base to get out and see all of the area. Thanks Kit.

Very nice. However not a lot of space for belongings. Especially in bathroom. Need hooks for towels etc. Lamps in living area would be nice for reading. Would rent again. Bobbi
