King bed with premium linens, closet space, Smart TV with cable, and en suite bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo, single vanity with storage, and toilet.
Second Bedroom:
Can be arranged as two twin beds or one king bed — please specify your preference after booking. Includes TV, ceiling fan, and dresser.

Shower/tub combo, single vanity with storage, and toilet.
Lanai:
Private lanai with bistro table for 3 and two sun loungers — perfect for morning coffee or Maui sunsets.

PEST CONTROL AND ROOSTERS: Due to Maui’s rural location you may experience the occasional rooster, as well as harmless geckos. Geckos are friendly, eat insects, and are considered good luck in Hawaii. Please don’t kill them. The HOA schedules regular pest control, but some insects and lizards are part of island life. Our units are meticulously cleaned and inspected. Contact us if you experience more than normal pest activity — we’ll work with the HOA to help. These occurrences do not constitute a refund or rental adjustment.
HAWAIʻI CLIMATE:
Hawaiʻi’s tropical environment supports a variety of island wildlife, including geckos, ants, and occasional roosters. Despite regular professional pest control, these are part of normal island living. Our units are carefully cleaned and inspected, and any contact with such pests does not constitute a breach of agreement or qualify for refund or adjustment.
