Great stay. Great location.

House was clean and no issues with anything. Location was great for going into NOTL business district as well as driving to local wineries!

The Promenade cottage was perfect for our group getaway- good location, great communication with the host, and stocked with the basics. Four of us shared the space and everyone was very happy with our choice.

Perfect places for a long weekend! Clean and accommodating. Walking path in the neighborhood provided walkable access to two beautiful wineries.

Host was quick to respond to any inquiries. The house was absolutely lovely. Spacious and not crowded. Welcome book was full of information to guide you around the town. Amenities were on pointe, even tissues throughout the house.

Recently I rented the house for a nice girls weekend, the house was perfect! So very clean, nicely decorated, located in a nice neighbourhood and close to amenities. The only problem was, we couldn’t stay longer. Cindy was a great host! Would love to come back again!

Perfect Girls Gettaway!

The Promenade Cottage was the perfect NOTL stay for our girls weekend. The property was immaculate. We all found the rooms very comfortable. It is very close to the downtown and local wineries. The A/C was great to have while we stayed during one of the hottest weeks in Ontario this year! Our host was very accommodating and organized. Highly recommend!

The house was very conveniently located for all of our activities in the NOTL area. The area was lovely and quiet with tree-lined streets and mature homes that if I'd had more time, and the weather had been nicer, I would've loved to walk and explore. Was great for 3 couples for a night, lots of room and a comfortable space, with room for 4 cars in the driveway. Owner Cindy was easy to reach for a minor concern.

I was very impressed with the booking process, communication from hostess, instructions to access the property, wi-fi, thermostat, etc The only downside (from the friend who stayed in the room on the ground floor), is that the mattress needed replacing - she said she could feel the springs. No issues with the other beds ...

The cottage was in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The VRBO listing was very accurate and the accommodations were well maintained. There were 4 of us and having the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms was essential. I would say the only issue for us, which may not be an issue for others, was the downstairs bedroom mattress was very firm.The host was very communicative and was quick to reply with answers.We really enjoyed our stay!
